The room is gorgeous and has a lot of amenities. it had a full kitchen with dishes, a white noise machine, fully stocked bathroom, etc. It is also in a phenomenal location, literally cannot be beat! Steps away from Pike Place and so close to the line and many bus stops. The staff was very responsive as well.

It was VERY noisy. You could hear the people above you and besides you walking and talking, you could hear anything in the hall, and you could hear anything outside the window. I expected a little noisy being downtown, but we were constantly woken up by seagulls, cars, talking, etc. We should’ve known it was loud when the room came with ear buds and a white noise machine (which was very appreciated). There was not a lot of flexibility with early check in or late check out, which was a really the only annoying thing about the place. The lock on the door was a little flimsy for safety, but we had no issues and it was nice the main door had a door code to get in as well.

Cleanliness. Location was excellent. Very central so it was easy to return for a rest in the afternoon and then go out again. Response to queries was prompt even though it was a Virtual Desk. I did not use the kitchen as I was there for too few days but for a longer stay that would have been excellent. Also, laundry room to use for free, that was a blessing.

The reservation fee hold ($250 in my case but could be higher) for incidentals. Although this fee was released it caused quite a concern. This should be known upfront when booking the apartment. The shower control was scary .. you had to pull it out and then turn it. I was always afraid of breaking it because it wasn't always responsive and then if it broke I'd get charged $$$ based on the contract that pretty much said Kasa can charge as much as it costs to fix anything broken.

Located right inside downtown, minutes walk to the Pike Public Market. Rooms are good size, very clean. Fully equipped kitchen, apartment size fridge and stove. The convertible couch turned bed was big and comfy.

Problems for us were, didn't have enough bed sheets. We needed to use the convertible couch in the living room, but there was only one extra bed sheet, after we used to cover the mattress, there weren't anything we can use to cover the blanket. Also, where the air conditioner output at window wasn't seal properly, it was very drafty and cold at night.

Very convenient location. Close to Pike Market and lots of restaurants etc, public transport nearby. The room is clean, kitchen has everything we need.

Cracking wooden floor above us. Pet. Very noisy, it scratched the floor and barked at night. We were moved at 2am in the morning to another room, it's completely exhausted. I tried to sleep from 10pm but was unsuccessful, the neighbour above us was playing guitar and singing, his dog scratched the floor all night. I called "Help Line" and was moved after 2am after confronting the neighbour above us and will call the police if he was still noisy. Kasa staff was helpful somehow. I wrote an email in the morning to the Manager and got replied immediately. Even though the accommodation don't have the staff around and it's virtual but their help is above and beyond!! I still recommend this place and happy to come back one day.

The location was perfect. We didn't rent a car and was able to find plenty to do on foot. The room had everything we needed. Easy to pack the fridge, cook on the stove and save money. It can get very expensive eating out. It was pretty clean, plenty of towels and space for our luggage. Just perfect for the two of us.

The shower took a long time to get warm. if you open the blinds you are looking directly into someone's office. The internet seemed to go off on the Tv every night we were there around 11:45pm. The rug appeared clean but it was in fact full of hair. Grossed me out a lil but other than that it was great.

The hotel is perfectly located for travelers wanting to enjoy the hot spots of downtown Seattle. It is two blocks away from the Public Market and there are countless bars, restaurants and shops in the area. It is a quick ride share or taxi from big tourist attractions like the Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. And it's just a few blocks from a light rail station, so travel to and from SeaTac Airport is easy. The room is nice and some of them likely have great views of Elliott Bay. Some rooms just have windows facing adjacent buildings. So if a view is important to you, make sure you ask and verify that your room comes with a view. The kitchenette provides all the basics to do small cooking or keep yourself stocked up, if you're staying for a few days.

The shower is itty bitty. If you're taller than 5'6" and/or are a bit chubby, you'll likely find the shower a bit cramped. Perhaps rooms besides a studio have a larger shower? The website advertises a rooftop porch, but I was told that was not accessible to guests.

absolutely everything, we loved this location/property so much in November during my birthday trip with my husband, just the two of us, that there was no question where we were going to stay again during our January trip with family! I talked this place up so much to my whole family and they loved it just as much as we did! My mom and I actually went home with some notes based on our stay with YOU on how to better serve our guests in Texas at our 30+ Hill Country properties!! we plan to return again in the spring. I don’t think we will ever stay anywhere else when we are in Seattle! It feels like our home away from home now! The Oxford had everything that we needed plus more and we still have never slept in more comfortable beds! As B&B owners, there’s nothing more we value than a clean, clean, clean property so, this will always be our favorite place!

I loved the apartment, even if it was a little worn, and really appreciated the coffe from next door. I loved the location close to everything, even if it caused a bit of noise at night, the bed was super comfortabel though and the provided earplugs a help. I struggled with the check-in procedure, as I didn't have service when I arrived. Luckily I met a manager who helped me get in to the building so I could log on to the Wi-fi. I had requested early check in andmy request was "pending" for hours untill I finally recieved an email at 15:10 that I could check in at 15:20. I honestly missed a front desk for check-in, questions and assistance....

The location of Kasa could not be beat! It was right around the corner from the Public Market and at a central location to a lot of attractions and sightseeing. There were tons of restaurant and coffee locations around the area, and it was easy and quick to get an Uber or Lyft from the airport and to the train station. The room was comfortable and cozy and perfect for a single traveler. I felt that the building was safe and secure and Kasa was exceptional at sending directions prior to arrival.

The only thing that could have been improved was the size of the shower. It was a literal closet, and it was so small that I could barely turn around in it. Granted, it was a studio room and was perfectly comfortable for a single traveler, the shower was just comically small.

The location is terrific, close to Pike Place Market and the Convention Center, but on a very charming block with restaurants and local businesses. The sunny living room was a wonderful place to read and work, with a view into the treetops and over the water. The Kasa concept is attractive, with excellent support available. We had a balky coffeemaker, and the local staff quickly replaced it with a new Keurig machine.

The property is located in a historic building which requires continuous attention to maintain systems at top function.
