How many options were around the hotel. Dennys, gas station, Subway, Cinnabon. All within walking. So nice. Also the continental breakfast at Dennys was great!

My hotel room was close to front desk and heard front desk phone ringing and people checking in often. So annoying. Also the Semi trucks parked everywhere by entrance made difficult to get into hotel.

Didn’t have bfast, the staff handed us a go away bag with dry bfast which is basic but sufficient. I took coffee with me from the kitchen area but when tasting it, it was so bad I had to throw away

Everything was very good, attentive and friendly staff especially, the only drawback it’s very noisy, the construction of the hotel is at fault, we could hear ppl above us just walking in the room, voices in the hallway were disrupting at night when tried to sleep for the early morning flight, I felt like I didn’t sleep at all because of the noise but again it’s how the building is, thin walls and old building itself

It was a good place for a quick stay before an early flight. Our group of four shared one room and it met our needs. The AC wasn't loud, and the room was spacious. It was very close to the airport.

Honestly wish they wouldn't have given us an assessable room when we specifically did not select it. Leave those rooms for the people that need them. The grab and go breakfast wasn't great. The AC unit said it has a "constant fan" option, but even after selecting it the unit stilled kicked on and off all night. Light sleepers wake up easily to the fan turning on and off.

Location is perfect for transient travelers, near a gas staion,station, and main hwy. Open parking and free. Easy check in & out. Lobby is spacious.  Hotel observes Covid protocol. Wide hallway and several exits door which made it easy for us to unload our luggages. We appreciate that they accommodated our request for a quiet room next to exit on the 1st floor. Room was huge equipped with mini refrigerator, microwave , coffee makers and ambient light fixtures. The beds,linens and pillows were soft , comfortable and comfortable. The bathroom sink and toilet were on separate area. The toiletry dispensers are very practical. We love their citrus scented products.  Carpets and floors are thoroughly clean. I appreciate the closets with big mirrors. They provided 2 sofas for seating. Love the granite office table, easy to clean and wipe off coffee stain. Finally a cable TV that works! We've been in several hotels and this was a problem for us.

Room is not sound proof. We can hear noise from the corridor and 2nd floors. A bit overpriced for being in the middle of nowhere.

I stayed here after driving for 12 hours so I definitely needed rest. I slept like a rock. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was roomy and clean, the staff was helpful and kind. Emphasis on the BEST and the PLUS in the Best Western Plus. Kudos to Peppertree.

They offer an included breakfast with the Denny's in the same parking lot. I don't blame anyone and I'm not upset about it, but the Denny's was overwhelmed due to understaffing.

I liked the room but would have wanted to have a blanket without asking for it. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was nice that their was coffee always available. They could have had more items in the Gift Shop. Overall, very nice.

I would have like a blanket. Also, would have liked the ability to log into my Hulu and Netflix accounts. Would have like more choices of sweetners - Equal, Splenda, Truvia in the room.

I liked the location, the cleanness, that it was quiet even though there were lots of people there, and I like how instead of a continental breakfast, you get a voucher at Denny's across the parking lot, there is way more to choose from and they are not out of what you want.

Breakfast voucher for Denny's Restaurant next door was AWESOME! We love Denny's, although we miss the breakfast in the hotel, this was REALLY good!

Nothing we really didn't like but it was just the same as the last time we were there about 3 1/2 years ago.

Wonderful room, plenty of parking, right next door to Denny's restaurant, gas station across the parking lot. All this and efficient, friendly staff. Can't ask for anything more.

Lots of big trucks, sometimes blocking the entrance to the hotel.

Clean, large room and very friendly staff. Loved the free breakfast at Denny's! They also have one of the best selection of sundries. Super convenient location once the freeway exit is completed.

It's not as though this app would know that the freeway exit to the property was under construction and that if you don't know the area very well you could end up back in the freeway multiple times until you trust Google maps to lead you to the back way. Just a wee bit stressful. Also, I do believe they're doing some remodeling and there was no trim in the bathroom. Didn't make our stay negative, it was just kinda ugly to look at.
