The staff was more than helpful with our need for a shuttle at 345am in the morning on our way out of town. They allow up to 2 weeks free parking in the back of the hotel for travelers who stay. The area was well lit and just outside the rear access doors to the hotel. Upon our return to Spokane, they were at the airport to pick us up within 10 minutes of our call, even at 130am! The driver was the same that dropped us. The front desk was kind and accommodating. Made traveling a lot easier! The room was comfortable and had all we needed to get a short but good nights rest.

It would have been great to be able to eat onsite. But we weren't confident it would be open or had enough gluten free choices for the wife!

Hotel was easy to find. Check in was quick. Nice sized room, clean, with comfortable beds. Plenty of towels in the room for our group size. Nice pool. Good continental breakfast. Pet friendly.

We were in a family suite and the bathroom had convenience height counter tops - which are great! - but it would have been nice for there to be a little stool in the room for the small kids. I was traveling with a 2.5 and 5 y/o, both of whom had to be lifted to wash their hands and when brushing their teeth. The table & chairs in the room was a bar height set, which was again an issue with young children. The door closest to the elevator for our section was not working properly for entry during the day and my mom is ADA.

In general, everything was fine and the girl at the reception was very positive and quickly helped us check in! Everything was clean and comfortable bed and pillows! The only woman at breakfast who served the kitchen was intolerant of children and was rude asking questions in a rude manner, she is of Asian origin, not tall, we did not say anything about this but it is already too much because we were not at her house but were in a hotel ... and the price is still too high.

The breakfast was good. Some of the prepackaged food was average. It would be great to have bakery goods that were baked on site, they taste better and are worth the effort. The staff were lovely!

The Bistro idea is awesome and the menu was good too. It would have felt like a Bistro if there were tablecloths and battery candles. Some munchies at 5-6 would make “happy hour” at the Bistro really classy and add to the fact that the space was terrific and the Drinking part of “happy hour” could easily separated from the dining area (little cards on the tables at the banquet that day, “reserved for Happy Hour Guests” would be good. The hotel is out of the way and folks are not likely to go back to Spokane for dinner, so give them a real experience with not much more effort.

The breakfast room was kept clean and very open and the food that was offered was hot and delicious. There was also a lot of variety in foods. The room we stayed in the 2nd night had been remodeled very nice bed was ok, but not bad.

The hotel was under construction so there were a few inconveniences like ice machine was not available on the floor we stayed on, the elevator had some quilt thing hanging in it, I’m assuming to keep dust down????

We used Booking.com to reserve the room as we were traveling. This was important because our travel plans had been disrupted so many times we couldn't predict when we'd get to Spokane. The Hampton Inn was able to take us at the last minute which meant a lot. We've stayed here before and the familiar and friendly space/staff was really nice after a long and stressful trip.

Pool was maintained at a proper water level; chlorine level was appropriate. Breakfast was well maintained by staff. Facilities were generally maintained in good condition. Staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Room was clean.

Bathroom sinks and tub surround are in need of resurfacing or replacement due to stains and scratches that appear dirty. Toilet is extremely low; modern toilets are higher. Breakfast Blueberry waffle batter was not available; other Hampton’s have Blueberry and Regular. Tea selections were limited compared to other Hampton properties. Property was not located near restaurants.

It was quiet, very clean and parking was spacious. The staff were very professional, very helpful, most pleasant and we were impressed. We were especially delighted with Lesley H. who served us dinner. Her pleasant demeanor put us at ease and helped us relax and get situated for a truly enjoyable dinner experience. Even with the number of late diners coming in, her cheerfulness never diminished. Lesley is truly a great asset at this hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I do suggest, though, if the room could have at least a couple bottles of water already cooling in the refrigerator. On such a hot day, I wouldn’t even have hesitated paying for them.

The grounds were beautiful with freshly finished flower beds. The pool was sparkling clean. I really liked that the facilities (pool/weight room) were open for use 24/7. Breakfast was substantial & good, with a 4 hour window in which to catch the breakfast meal. The room was very clean! Thank you! I’ll be back!

It wasn’t a huge issue, but our room was the one furthest from stairs & elevator, at the end of the hallway.

We loved the breakfast and the gentleman who so kindly watches over everything was so friendly and welcoming. He remembered us from previous visits there and that goes a long way in genuine welcoming. So besides the food we loved his Spiritual Being.

Liked everything. There was a couple men arguing loudly outside near the entrance and i loved how professional the young lady who checked me in was. I knew there was back-up near-by and you all had it handled should it have gotten out of hand. Worrisome but we stayed safe. So thanks to your staff for staying cool but ready.
