The staff was very helpful and courteous, the room was spacious and clean

Of course, you can’t change the area of the hotel but it could be more inviting and attractive. There is no indication that the parking lot you entered is the front or back of the hotel….no lobby signs or welcome signs. I stopped the first time and wasn’t sure and my GPS said to keep going..left the parking lot and circled the block and came back and there was a person outside who confirmed that this was the right place. Found out at checkin that there was underground parking but no signs outside. Some potted flowers or something to welcome guests would be nice

Second time staying at property. Great stay first time, this time hotel was a bit noisy as it sounds like they were doing construction on the room next door. Also had room right next to elevator which did not help either. Mini fridge was not so clean, sheets had red stains not sure if it was blood or what. I like the location of the hotel which is why it’s my go to for exploring Spokane. I am not one to complain, would stay again housekeeping just needs to ensure sheets/rooms are cleaned properly.

4 of us stayed in 1 room. Bathroom is small but we managed. Although an older hotel the rooms have been updated with cool retro furnishing and the beds were super comfy. Right downtown almost under the freeway but still surprisingly quiet. We all slept through the night. Front desk staff were really pleasant. One thing I would have liked them to provide is glassware should you want a beverage in your room. They only have paper cups. Wine in a paper cup is just wrong.

When I called the desk to ask for a wine glass or even a coffee cup she was rude.

Austin checked us in late the night we arrived. We were in a truck and could not fit in the underground parking so he offered to move his car to the street for us to park in the surface lot. This was such a nice gesture and definitely left us with a great impression. The room was spotless and the whole facility was very clean. Breakfast was simple but fresh and the coffee was great.

The location seemed a little rough at first but it turned out to be quite quiet.

The parking lot I understand with weather conditions that it can get icy but especially if you’re going to close the garage and make everyone park up top, they should do a better job of keeping it clear they had deicer closer to the door but nothing really where we were parking. Also, the hotel was freezing, especially the hallways. I understand it’s an older hotel, and it might be a little bit harder to warm it. We were able to turn up the heater in our room which made up for it.

Better than reviews indicated. Room was clean and comfy. Was allowed to park motorcycle outside reception which was excellent. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Staff were friendly. Good location for walking to dining options. Balcony was great, nice night view.

Carpet in elevator and hallways could use a clean or replace. That the swimming pool had been filled in.

Hotel was clean/quiet/comfortable, enjoyed the breakfast items offered. Person at desk at check-in very pleasant. Was a late check-in, no issues there. Balconey was pleasant to use/night view of city was nice. Easy check-out.

Initial parking to check in was hard. Not enough spaces, tight fit if you have a larger vehicle. Was not aware they have underground spots until after check-in. Once known, parking wasn't so much an issue. Elevator is older with only one available, having only 4 max allowed in it, having 4 floors...makes for quite the wait sometimes to use.

Clean common areas. Professional staff. Above and beyond I did not get a chance to catch the names of front desk all very helpful. My room next to street on back side still quiet no noise from the hallway. Close to hospital for healthcare travelers.

Did not get chance to workout computer error on treadmill, but I choose to go outdoors to park nearby.

The room was quiet, the breakfast offering was amazing, and it was clean. For the price, I can’t beat it; it’s a good stay!

The curve down to the garage is tight, and the garage itself isn’t super tall. I’m glad it’s there though as I wouldn’t feel comfortable parking my vehicle outside - while there’s parking, the neighborhood is a little on the rougher side.

The front desk staff was very friendly at night when checking-in and also in morning when checking-out. The parking in basement was good. Comfortable bed and pillows too.

No where decent to walk at night due to location. Also, the room/floor appeared to be a bit dirty in corners and there was a water bottle cap on floor near the bed.
