I did not partake in eating breakfast there. It was a sack breakfast and we had other plans. The facility was spotless. Our room was large with plenty of room and very quiet.

There are signs posted about the mask mandate. The staff was wearing them but some had them under their chin. One lady behind the desk wore a mask with the the word f*** in large letters on it. I didn't find it respectful, professional, or welcoming.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wonderful with many options such as a variety of breads, sausage, fried potatoes, delicious egg white omelets, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, boiled eggs and a selection of cereals and drinks. Food was refreshed often. Free parking was a bonus. It is close to restaurants and across the street from a hospital, making it easy for those who have a loved one in the hospital. Overall, it was a very positive experience and this will become our hotel of choice when we visit family in the area.

Would have liked a couple of extra blankets in the room. We did stay warm enough with the heater, but one of us likes the room cooler than the other, do an extra blanket would have been nice so we could have turned the heat down, and both still been comfortable. There is a restaurant next door with some outside seating and that was a bit loud the first night, but the noise didn't last long, and that is out of the hotel's control. If you are bothered by noise, you might ask for a room on the opposite end away from the restaurants.

The breakfast is good but I can't say excellent. The staff is very friendly, which is the highlight of the hotel. The location is ok, slightly off downtown, but close to a hospital. The room is fine but the bed is a bit too soft for me.

The sink is slightly clogged. The carpet can be cleaner. Other than these, no complaints. The gym (exercise) area is too small. We traveled for kid's sports and need a place to warm up.

Breakfast was very good, especially for type 2 Diabetics. Having sugar free syrup and protein choices made a big difference for my husband. Impressed with the front desk girl who was juggling the phone, check-ins and questions from guests who were already there.

The entrance for the parking lot coming from the west direction kind of blended in with the trees. We went past it before we realized we should have turned in there. However, we easily found a parking space once we figured it out.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst holidaying in the USA from Australia. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Our room was clean and a good size. WiFi was OK and TV worked well. Fridge and microwave in room were a handy addition as we bought food when out sightseeing and re heated it later. Breakie was reasonable with hot and cold choices. Overall a good stay here.

As it was located in the medical district a bit further to travel to sights, but we had our own car. Also not a lot of food choices close by. We found the bed a bit hard, but that is a personal choice.

We had a spacious, quiet room, with two comfortable queen beds. The bathroom had a walk in shower with great water pressure. The staff was friendly and actually moved us to one of the quietest rooms. Parking lot was secure and we slept like babies.

Honestly after some poor hotel experiences this trip, the Madison Inn was a gem. The least expensive place we stayed and yet it was the best and most comfortable. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Slightly off the beaten path but that is what's nice about this place located near hospital in a nice residential neighborhood and still close to some restaurants on the SE side of town. Nice place with great value.

I liked the room size, elevator, cleanliness and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, loved the waffle maker and option of sugar free syrup. Option to build own breakfast sandwich, cereal, snacks and fruit also available. Got quite busy at breakfast and would have been good to have someone wiping off tables as they were quite sticky and crumbed. Location is walking distance to town, in close proximity to dining options.

The price is a bit steep for the facility. Accommodation has gotten a lot more expensive post-Covid across the board. The mattresses were quite soft and could use an upgrade.

The room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was good for what it was. There was a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, sausage and egg patties, as well as all the typical continental breakfast stuff. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was not easy to find. The hotel is not visible from the street, and the driveway is hidden away off the street. I was following my GPS and passed the driveway because the sign was hidden. There’s also not a lot of parking in the parking lot. I had to pick my husband up from the airport at midnight and came back to find literally 1 available parking spot left.

In walking distance from downtown, which was lucky for us as we were having car trouble. Very good selection of breakfast items, room was on the small side, but comfortable and everything was in working order. There are even wild turkeys roaming this neighborhood! What a hoot. We had reserved three nights, but due to our car trouble, decided to leave after one night. - Big bummer! - The staff was understanding and accommodated this request without argument. Thank you!

I left my phone charger plugged in when we left. Duh! Six hours after check-out, I let them know per text. Also sent a message through Booking.com and as promised, I mailed a self addressed envelope, included a quick note and $20 for their trouble. My note described the phone charger "white phone charger with the letters BLU printed on, silver cable, left plugged into the outlet behind the comfy chair", including the room number. So yesterday, I received a *Samsung* phone charger in my self addressed envelope, postage $4.60, no note, nothing.. Say what?! It appears that someone couldn't figure out the difference between a Samsung and a BLU phone charger and they got a $15 tip for that snafu. Wow, nice. What happened to MY BLU charger?!
