All amenities met our expectations including breakfast.

Booking.com messed up our reservation for the the two rooms. The hotel staff Dee said our reservation number from Booking .com does not correlate with their reservation number so he could not locate our reservations for quite some time from his computer. That delayed us and we were so tired and had two little kids that we needed to get into our rooms! Dee finally found our Hilton honors membership and he realized that Booking.com misspelled my last name or first name with two c?! Ricco or Ccayetano so it was not coming up on his computer. I will never use Booking.com next time cuz whoever did our reservation did not care or bother to ensure our names are spelled correctly!

Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We arrived early but our room was made available immediately, with no early Checkin charge. Our room was very clean. We found the beds comfortable and slept well. No problems with road traffic or airport noise. Good to have an iron and hairdryer available. Decent choice at breakfast buffet (the kids loved the pancake machine and I appreciated the almond milk), we ate very well. We also enjoyed using the pool table in the reception area - nice touch! Bus 150 outside hotel takes you to downtown Seattle in around 30 minutes. We would definitely stay again.

The airport transport was unavailable on the day we arrived but we were reimbursed $20 of our Uber ride after emailing the receipt to reception ($41 from SeaTac). There was a strong smell of bleach when we walked into the room. Great to know the bathroom was very clean but we couldn’t open the window to air it out.

Location, close to good restaurants without having to get on the freeway. Theater and lots of shopping close by…and the soccer park. I enjoyed the open layout on the main floor for eating breakfast and the family room feel around the pool table area where we could all gather, all 7 of us. I would have liked it better if our rooms had a door between them. No room service , had too ask for clean towels the next day. The concierge knew nothing about the buses other than there was a stop near by. No schedule info.

The location was conveniently located close to a shopping center and close to the airport. The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. I loved that the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service to the airport! I also loved that the hotel had free parking. So many amenities in the hotel, such as a billiard table, work area, comfortable seating in the main lobby, fitness center, and a laundry room. The room was plenty big for us, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Clean, modern, safe location for a a senior woman traveling alone. Staff are very friendly, lobby has lots of comfy seating with tables, good coffee always on, a pool table just for fun, snacks & drinks for purchase. Restaurants & shopping within walking distance. I had my small dog with me, easy to get a good walk in from the hotel, even a Petco on the route I took, and a Panera for me, which welcomed him in). I had a car, enjoyed walking him in the small, wooded Tukwila Park (10 minute drive), letting him play with other pups at an off-leash park nearby (10 minute drive, separate big & small dog areas, think named Crestview Park?).

It isn’t inexpensive. However, I assume that’s partly because they pay and treat their staff well. That is important to me generally, not just because it makes a difference in how people feel about their work, which can’t help but show in their interactions with each other and with guests. The staff here is great!

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For example, we had ordered take our from The Old Spaghetti Factory, and requested cutlery, which they didn’t provide! grrr. The Gentleman at the front desk were helpful by supplying us with cutlery. Later the also gave us toothpaste because we had forgotten ours at our previous hotel! Thank you so much, we appreciate your hospitality and service!!! 🤩🤩🤩

Everything was perfect!

The included breakfast was basic but sustaining, and offered a variety of foods. As some were consumed, they were replaced quickly. The room was extra large, well air conditioned, and very clean. the pillows were so fluffy, like putting your head on a cloud! Excellent value for money, with great care given by all staff.

Position not absolutely ideal for some travellers, but suited me well as a transit stay on my way to Canada.

This is new construction, so everything is new. There is a cafeteria at the lobby with some common snacks and medication. There are plenty of table and chair at the lobby for relaxing and working. The sound proof between rooms is pretty good. Everywhere is clean and organized. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. All the utilities is environmentally friendly. I’m really impressed with the refill hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash.

I wish the towels they use can be softer and the shower head can be a little stronger.

The location is really safe and centrally located to shopping malls. Parking is plentiful and best of all it is "free" to guests. Well known restaurants are within 5 minutes driving distance. Easy access to major freeways and SEATAC airport. The rooms are exceptionally clean, nicely modern designed and with the fresh smell of a newly built building. Expected room amenities are readily available. There is an offered breakfast and price is included with the reservation. The staff are welcoming. Kudos to "Lupe" who registered us for our stay. She's really efficient and so welcoming. Thank you for a comfortable stay. This is now our go to lodging whenever we are in town.

No microwave and coffee maker in the room we were given. Please offer more choice of breakfast items.

Location was convenient. Parking was great. Check-in staff weren't great, but the woman who checked me out was so sweet. The room was super comfy and I love the bright colors.

Wish there was better bacon or sausage at breakfast. Wish there was in room coffee so I didn't have to interact with other humans before coffee. The shade was up when I got to my room and it was SO HOT with the sun blaring in. There was a little mold in the shower. While the room was great, I would expect more in room amenities for the price I paid. Felt $100 more than it should have been.
