My stay was for one night only. I'm basing the score on the fact my room was quiet and a clean. The building was multi-storied and my room was at the end of a long hallway. But the walk was worth it. The bed was super comfortable, the shower had a wand and a raining shower head. Loved it. Breakfast was basic, but great for a person on the go. I enjoyed seeing families having a good time.

Parking lot. Maybe some cameras. I felt a bit vulnerable, Not sure where it happened, but after I got home my 7 year old grandson noticed my car tags had been ripped off. I realize parking was at owner's risk, so I don't fault the hotel.

I am very thankful to the staff because despite I made a mistake with the reservation (all my fault), they readily help me fix it. The room was very spacious and nice: it had a small kitchen too, Everything was new and very clean. The location was convenient: walking distance from the "Westfield mall". It is also close to the Sea-tac airport and 30min by car to Seattle downtown

We really wanted to try their jacuzzi/hot tub, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by several groups with children. Their parents/guardians let them run and jump everywhere in the pool, screaming and shouting. The water in the jacuzzi had green/gray foam after they used it. The children were left completely unsupervised in the gym area too, where they used the gym machines and tools as toys (very dangerous!). I understand it is not the hotel's fault, but I highly recommend the hotel to increase the number of the staff during these peak times, so some of the staff can supervise the pool and gym area. Also, we suggest implementing restrictions as other hotels do: for example child-free policies which forbid children under a certain age to go the pool and the gym

I was put on the first floor, and it was perfect. I had a straight walk to the pool, fitness room, main lobby. The staff were amazing. Always greeting people and answered any questions I had, even offered if needed a toothbrush and paste. The breakfast was great. Great options for everyone

I didn't like the $15/a day for parking. that's the only bad thing I can say.

This is a very clean hotel. The room was awesome, with a whole kitchenette and lounge area. Everything felt new and clean. I like that the breakfast was included. It was close to shops and nice to be able to walk around. The parking was included which I liked.

The hot tub and pool were nice but they had way too much chlorine. The pancakes were cold but they had a lot of other choices and a great place to sit and eat.

Airport close to mall and within one minute you can have some restaurant choises, plus if you forgot something before your trip you can buy everything in the mall. There is a pool with jaccuzzi. Parking free and convinient, Breakfast standard .

hotel was very clean and felt safe as the doors were shut by 10pm. staff were very nice and accommodating as well.

we arrived around 4:15pm and was told our room was quite made up yet. front desk staff was apologetic and did explain that they were very busy which is understandable and it was also a weekend.

Clean, beautiful, very friendly staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds - excellent hotel. will definitely be staying again

The breakfast wasn’t very good. They ran out of syrup and the only main course was waffles. they did have other options however like toast, bagels, english muffins, etc

I’ll first say the staff was amazing. Each staff member that we dealt with was very nice. We had kids staying here and they were not treated any different than I was which is rare but very appreciated. Makes things a lot easier when we need things and the kids go get them. The room was spacious and fit all 5 of us very well. Kitchenette was great! Exceeded my expectations with everything you need right there, including salt and pepper! They have grills outside that you can use with a fire pit to keep you warm. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids and the hours worked out great too!

The breakfast wasn’t what I expected for the price of stay but on some days it did exceed expectations. Some days there was a 10-15 minute wait on some items which was good because it was hot and fresh but not great if you’re in a hurry. The items were pretty standard but the country fried steak day was very tasty and seemed to be a crowd favorite. Given that we’re still in COVID times and many places aren’t even doing their breakfast/dining options. This place was AMAZING.

Love how close this hotel is to the Tukwila International Blvd Station! Made it really easy to get to the light rail and get to the Mariner's Stadium! Will absolutely stay here again for the great gym and free breakfast.

Breakfast was the best I have ever had as complimentary at a hotel.

Pay for parking in a huge lot in a business area where there is no reason to charge for parking to deter people from parking except to make an extra buck on people.
