The location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The price was great and should we ever venture to the Pacific Northwest again, we will return to this location.

There were just some things we weren't aware of going in such as having to pay for additional towels if we weren't staying for more than 14 days. Our bathroom faucet was also wobbly. However, neither of these things were all that bad.

The location was comfortable, safe,and close to everything. The facility was truely disability friendly I was able to maneuver easily in a wheelchair. It was also kid and pet friendly.

Priceline confused the booking. It wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but it made the process quite annoying. Thankfully the hotel made it right.

the hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing very helpful. The room and surrounding rooms were quiet. The laundry room is great very clean and open 24 hours as well as the fitness room. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Close to the mall and other shopping as well as food.

The weed smells from the parking lot when you first enter the hotel. The wifi can only be connected to one device and you have to pay for other devices to connect to the wifi. The cable sucks as well but I had my Roku and wifi hotspot with me so I did not mind that part.

The location was perfect for our needs. There was no food available except for in vending machines. But we liked the Europes -style simplicity of the room.

An in-room coffeemaker and more than one cup would have been a welcome addition. We made tea using the micro and shared the one cup. nearby options for breakfast we’re limited to fast food outlets. The other suggestion is to have a reading lamp and night table on both sides of the bed!

Really good location, parking. Easy to get into city via train or car. Clean and comfortable. Staff lovely

Bed was uncomfortable. Drink vending machine did not work with debit card. Never tried cash.

The lady who did the maintenance was exceptional, she was kind and caring. She made our stay Lovely. She made sure we had everything we needed 😊

The evening staff at the front desk was mean not helpful at all!! There customer service was terrible!!! It could be better, more helpful.

only complaint is that there isn’t any filtered water or large bottled water anywhere… just the small expensive Coca-Cola bottled water for $2.50 each. :/
