Comfort Suites Airport Tukwila Seattle

The bed was big and really comfy. The breakfast was good. Great to have a workout space. Good parking and close to shopping facilities. Staff were super friendly!

Lack of soundproof which was a specific search and a claim made by the hotel. It was 100000% not soundproof. I could clearly tell the neighbour had an iPhone that rang the alarm at 5am and woke us up and neither of us are light sleepers. It was the one negative but a very bad negative considering the neighbours were incredibly loud too.

The pool and hot tub were great. I definitely enjoyed that for the most part

The shower is small and very slippery once you start to leather up with soap. toddler was running around at 2am on the 3rd floor. I did notice a van pull-up full of people I didn't see over my weekend stay, and they came in for breakfast and filled up that room. My wife and I couldn't even grab a table to enjoy. As we're eating in our room. That same van group eats and leave.....

Everything was actually amazing. Breakfast could be improved served basically same meal for whole week Eggs n sausage. Could use biscuits and gravey.

The speed of shuttle. Their were two shuttle vans we would get dropped off at airport for light rail, I understand traffic but on couple occasions me and my partner waited over an hour at the airport for a shuttle.

Breakfast was good but more variety on egg and meat choices would be good. Room was clean. Tub drain was slow but not plugged. Was nice to have swimming mostly to ourselves and the hot tub. Pool area was nice and clean and plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable but would like more tv channel choices. No streaming available. We took the hotel shuttle to and from airport. Appreciated. Staff were all polite and helpful. Would stay here again.

No streaming capabilities in room. noises in the hotel you could hear in your room.

I was in town on a very busy weekend (Taylor Swift concert). The staff put me in the last room on the "quiet" floor. My stay was quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was tasty and helped me get my day started right. I relied on public transportation and the bus stop was an easy walk from the hotel -- the staff helped me find that stop. I will stay here again if I ever go back to Seattle.

they were able to set-up transportation to the cruise port and back to airport. this is our go to hotel when taking a cruise out of Seattle. We received a warm welcome upon arrival Marjorie remember us from last couple of stays, she is a wonder. when she found out we were taking a cruise, she set up our shuttle to the cruise terminal, (it was $45pp from the hotel and back to airport, great deal). great breakfast, many options.

Very clean common area and very clean room. Our room had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Cleanliness was GREAT. This is the number one important issue for me and Comfort Suites gets an A+ rating.

Common area scent - TOO much, noxious. Breakfast - plastic, styrofoam <—really? I would like to see real plates & real utensils. STOP this throw-away, one-time-use mentality. Breakfast - would like to see more fresh fruit. Do you actually serve powdered eggs? I hope not!

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and very willing to help. The rooms were very specious, which was surprising.

One thing I didn’t like is that when the room door opens, the first thing you see is the toilet and shower. If someone is using or coming out of the bathroom and the door opens, then anyone in the hallway can see them. Also it was not close to places to eat or shop.

We liked that your hotel was by the soccer complex where our grandson was playing three games. It was also a surprise that family fun center was so close to the hotel that the boys could go there between the morning and night soccer games.

The only complaint I have is the two restaurant's next to the hotel closed early. But the front desk helped us order the boys pizza. So that is not on you.

Good location close to airport. Not crowded. Also, right beside a family fun centre where we played mini golf and rode some go-carts. Shuttle to and from airport was a great perk. Safe baggage storage area. Good breakfast buffet with lots of options.

Asks for specific time for shuttle back to airport but front desk person forgot to book it. Turned out okay.
