Hotel Interurban

The hotel was very new, very clean, extremely close to the airport, and walking distance from a huge mall with many restaurant options. And the rooms were lovely. The staff was very polite, though perhaps spread too thin.

It would have been a bit hard to get to Seattle itself if we hadn’t had a friend to drive us around. Also, they didn’t have a 24-hour pantry in the lobby, like most upscale hotels. Weirdest of all, I could NOT purchase a bottle of water ANYWHERE in the hotel once their coffee kiosk closed around noon. There was no water in the vending machines, the bar only had expensive sparkling water, and the gym only had a fountain where you could refill your own water bottle. That was peculiar.

I talked to the desk clerk a couple days before I needed to check out about my having to leave by 5am but my daughter didn’t have to leave the room until approx 6:45am and I would like to take care of paying for everything before I left and I was told that wouldn’t be a problem but the person left in charge this morning couldn’t or didn’t know how to handle it and I was told that someone else would take care of checking me out and I would be emailed a receipt.I have not received anything as of 5pm.

The bed! It's one of best beds I ever slept in. You just sink in it. There was a nice view of the sunset and great day light. Room was stocked with everything needed for the stay and it was fresh.

Phone wasn't working and when brought to the attention of front desk, it was ignored - nothing was done about it. A female staff working on 3rd of June a morning shift was extremely rude when asked about where is breakfast served. Fast to assume and judgemental, she was trying to assure me that breakfast was not included in my package, when indeed it was. The restaurant in the other hand, where breakfast was served has 0 service. 20 min minimum is taken to be only given a menu. First morning Eggs Benedict were made perfect, while the following day the Benedict sauce was totally spoiled with ton of vinegar. Non cinsistance in the food and very consistent to terrible service.

Only stayed for one night and chose a hotel that was close to the airport. It was conveniently located close to SeaTac and I could drive there in a few minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay before a long trip.

The area that the hotel was in didn't have much to offer. There were large shopping centers and business parks nearby, but we had to drive a ways to get into some of Seattle's more iconic districts.

I hope the hotel sees this review: the shower curtains used are the absolute worst. the shower curtains constantly swing into you while showering. I understand physics is a thing, I get why it happens. However, for what we pay to stay there, the hotel should absolutely spring for better curtains in the showers; the shower curtains are super annoying.

The location is convenient near the airport and a mall. The beds were very comfy and the room was clean and comfortable. I liked that I could open a window to get some fresh air. The breakfasts were a full menu breakfast from the onsite restaurant!

The parking location was confusing and needed better signage. There were only 2 breakfasts included even though I reserved for 3 people. The service at the restaurant was extremely slow as they were short staffed.

We loved that it was so big and we could see it from miles away! it was right in the center of town around all the malls, stores, restaurants, and wasn’t far from Seattle at all! All the amenities were excellent, all staff were amazing and kind and hotel room was very clean, spacious and comfortable!

I guess if I had one dislike, which wasn’t really that big of a deal was the pillows were not the most comfortable!

The service at the front desk was exceptional. The gentleman who checked me was kind and helped with accommodation. The manager was helpful and help to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food at the cafe was 10 plus. I will be staying at this location again. Highly recommend Hotel Interurban

I had no problems and even like the sheep under the stairs, lol.

Great breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, it was included in our reservation. Amazing view to Mt Rainier from our room and terrace. Very convenient location. You can get to a nearby mall by walking. No issues at all with parking.

Pool was quite crowded during our stay (We did not use it). And, water's smell was too much concentrated in bleach or chlorine.

I liked the hotel itself. Check in was long because apparently, booking.com did not send the reservation to the hotel or something. I liked the bar and the tenders. Breakfast was good but it took too long to get.

The breakfast although tasty took too long. Good thing i had time. It took me 15 minutes just to get attention to order and another 20 to get breakfast.
