The staff is exemplary. Kindness and smiles...exactly what a tired traveler needs. The store is well stocked. The lending library is outstanding. Faye and Scrappy were the best. The cafe next door is outstanding as well. Easy to get parking, easy to find anything.
We had a minor light issue in the bathroom. Was resolved quickly, however, it happened again, so we think it was likely a wiring issue. It didn't interfere with our stay.

1)functional room setup includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, two-burner stove top, many other kitchen utensils, and a mini office with a cork bulletin board. 2) exceptionally comfortable beds and dawn pillows, 3) multiple storage space (i.e. closet and drawers) to keep the room neat. 3) Very clean. 4) Exceptionally helpful staffs. We arrived 6 hours before check-in time and felt tired from long-distance driving. The front desk staff opened the Business Center for our college student to take his on-line class there. The staffs also greeted our pet with warm welcome. When our room was ready, they let us in 2 hours before normal check-in time. We can't be more appreciative of their thoughtfulness.

rooms were big the Lshaped counter or desk was nice touch. and did not expect a full stock kitchen, we did not need that but now we know about we will always try a reserve a room for our longer stays when we travel. My husband needs to recline due to bad back so he loved the recliners.

The location is perfect for us to visit family and friends in the area, right off the highway. There are plenty of places to eat in the area, as well as shopping and services.

Location is perfect if you're planning a stay and plan on staying on the Washington side of the river. Traffic from commuters slows down your ability to over the bridge but it isn't far from the airport and is in a very good location to a few highways. Close to many scenic areas.
The AC/fan in my room was abnormally loud for any hotel, causing some discomfort but I suspect it may have been an issue with that particular room due to possible maintenance or mechanical issue.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, and the kitchen in the suite was wonderful for my husband and I. It really helped cut back on the cost of eating for us. Wonderful, convenient access to multiple amenities and laundry and gym on-site made our stay amazing! 100% would stay again!
