Rooms are large, linens are exceptional, bed very comfortable. Sparkling clean and very nice staff.

The restaurant isn't much. Would recommend finding other eateries for dining which are close by.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. The rooms are spacious, staff is helpful and hotel is clean.

We tried to order breakfast using the QR code in the room and it said closed on a Sunday morning.

Much nicer than the last BW we stayed at. From now on, we'll make sure we stay at "Premier" ones. Very comfortable bed, luxurious towels.

Returning customer. Love the location, love the bathroom/shower. Interactions were nice and the ability to use the various facilities is great too. Walked to Big Al's and on the way back saw someone on an electric vehicle patrolling the area's parking lots, thats good.

Initially the keycard(s) provided didnt work and I had to go back down to the lobby. I was asked if I put them next to my phone? lol Pretty sure my cell phone cant zero out a keycard, but at least a reason/thought was attempted. Oh, some of the LED's behind the bathroom mirror are going out/flickering.

We were there on memorial day weekend and they were busy. The staff there were professional and helpful. A shout out to the morning server. He was energetic, professional even though he was busy and friendly. We had a maintenance issue with the toilet over flowing and the gentle man was very friendly, helpful and professional as well.

The front desk woman at night was amazing she was super nice and knowledgeable I appreciated it. Any questions I had she made sure to accommodate with a quick and straightforward answer. I wish I got her name to include who it was and how great of service she gave made me feel welcome and appreciated the hotel had a robot security and that was awesome to see as well and my kids loved it

The beds and showers

There was a mix up with the description saying that breakfast was included when booking. The staff and chef where more than apologetic and accommodating. We were given vouchers to use and the food was great!

The door to the room was heavy and when other occupants open and closed their doors it was loud because they slammed shut. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

This is a great find and resting spot! beautifully landscaped and clean on the outside… comfy and spacious on the inside.

Well there could be improvements with gates shutting quietly with a soft close. I needed to work with zoom calls and the people/family we were staying next to were being loud as well as being near stairs and loud gates. Mostly I recommend having soft close gates to help with reducing noise especially at night. Room #126

Location as it pertains to our visit. Cafe dining was great, hotel was clean and free of riff raff/the element that lives/stays at other hotels off of Mill Plain.

The fridge in our room was not the coldest and the hotel needs to look into another wifi company. You shouldn't have to call the wifi company and wait on hold FOREVER to connect a PS5 or ROKU Streaming stick

We as well as a lot of other people stayed here because we had been evacuated from a nearby wildfire. The lady that checked us in went above and beyond to accommodate us by waving the pet deposit and allowing our cat. 10 stars for her!! Also, Housekeeping was very helpful and professional. The hotel was packed and the parking lot was full. The staff did a wonderful job Thank You!

Their restaurant is only open Tuesday-Saturday and we were their on a Sunday.
