Everyone is helpful and friendly. The king size bed was very comfortable! When the hot breakfast was available we found it to be delicious!! The service was very good in the dining area! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

The bathroom door had a very loud squeak from the hinges and if the bathroom was used during the night it would wake up anyone sharing your room. This should not happen. Could be dusted better - cobwebs in corners by ceiling and dust hanging from bathroom exhaust vent. It would be advisable to install a “safety handle” where you would exit the tub. Non-slip mat for the bottom of the tub is recommended. Didn’t care for the boxed breakfast due to lack of service personnel.

The location was great (near the airport) and liked the fact that they had airport shuttle services. Family arriving later in the evening were quickly able to call the front desk and get a ride to the hotel. The Sidelines Sports Bar nearby was a good recommendation for a meal and drinks.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We had originally booked 2 rooms and one got booked with breakfast and one did not. It was really difficult to correct this on booking.com. The rooms were fine, but the bed seemed a little small.

Great to be on the top floor so we could sleep well. Good location away from downtown chaos

we didn't get any service during the 4 days we stayed so no extra towels or coffee. We ran out of tissues. If we had stayed one night, not a big deal but if I was supposed to ask for it, I didn't know!

The breakfast was very good. The staff (Cheri, Hayden, and the food director Mack) were truly exceptional Kudos to them. Too bad they cant be cloned.

I really cant say anything negative. They were the best group I've been with. I have been travelling for business and pleasure for over 50 years They are the best I have encountered.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel and we called and one of the staff stayed on the phone to guided us . It was very sweet of her. We had a horrible experience with a rental car and needed to return it quickly; we were frazzled and the staff were all so nice. We were able to have dinner there--it was delicious. One of the satff heard us talking about getting a Lyft ride from the rental car office back to the hotel and she offered to pick us up----service above and beyond. We were extremely impressed and will use Hilton Gardens again. I am so sorry that I no longer remember the names of the staff. Top Notch

Convenient to airport with timely, personable shuttle service.

Could not partake in breakfast, as our flight left before breakfast service. Odd for an airport hotel to not have an early breakfast. Nothing was offered to us.

friendly staff, great security at night- need to have a keycard to get back into building past normal hotel hours, that made me feel very safe- especially in Portland.

a little bit more waters in the refrigerators would’ve been nice
