It was a little difficult to find the property at first but once we figured it out, it was great.

An elevator would be good for those who have mobility issues. I recently hurt my knee (after making the reservation) and our room was on the 2nd floor and there were no 1st floor rooms available. It was difficult.

Loved that we were in a bind, and best Western accommodated us. We needed 2 rooms, and it was very late notice and they still treated us amazingly. Best hotel experience I've had in a long time. They care about their customers.

There isn't anything I didn't like except.for the location. I got kind of nervous when I saw the motel next door because we had stayed in the motel before and that had been awful, but I needn't have worried because our stay at BW was excellent.

Nice location, walkable to grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacy & affordable to upscale eats And yet it's located at a quiet area Breakfast was simple but filling All team members were friendly and professional Rooms were tidy with complete amenities

Bed was creaky but mattress was comfortable 😴

Breakfast was excellent! More breakfast food to select from then I expected. I loved their location! So many places to eat and shop nearby!! I can't wait to return to Best Western Vancouver!

Most everything location clean breakfast pool it was quiet close to shopping places to eat easy access to main thorough fairs to Vancouver Portland or anyplace like the river mountains coast or north to Seattle Mt St Helen's like I said everything

The breakfast was good . The location wasn’t the best because the homeless but the property was safe and very clean .

The bed was too soft for my comfort level . But comfortable with the bedding

The main "like" was it is pet friendly as we were travelling with a small dog... Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the breakfast as we were meeting family for breakfast later...maybe next time!

Nice room. Clean. Heat that worked. Amenities as expected. Quiet. Outdoor access.

Confusion when checking in. That's 2 for 2 on Booking for last 2 trips. I had the printed confirm number plus address to show I was at the right location. Listing couldn't be found in their computer. Staff member made it right, but frustrating non-the-less. Toilet didn't work. Chain in tank didn't work. I just manually pulled it, but it was thoroughly rusted through. Chain would not stay in the handle due to corrosion. We still used it - really the only problem with the room. We notified the front desk at check out.

We like the set up for breakfast as it was spacious and not too crowded.

We felt the hours could have been at least a half hour longer for breakfast, especially on the weekend. There also was a lack of food and it was still before 9am. There was almost nothing to eat.

Nice hot breakfast including eggs, sausage, and other selections. Room and facility was very clean. I liked that there were hardwood floors in the rooms instead of carpet, much cleaner. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
