Friendly and helpful staff but be aware the airport shuttle only runs till 11 p.m. so if your plane arrives after that you must rely on Uber, Lyft, or taxi..That fact alone, along with incorrect shuttle information provided by the person at front desk a couple of months previously. When we booked, cost us about an hour late at night when we were already very tired. I can't comment on breakfast, since it closes at 9 a.m. (a problem after a late night).

Shuttle hours, breakfast hours ( see above). While very clean and well.maintained, the facility seems a bit tired. Sheets very thin, room quite chilly on bbvbv arrival (did warm up after a while).

My room was on the 3rd floor with a view of the river, which I loved! It was a large room with a comfortable bed and it was surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. I didn't hear the planes flying over at all. I felt very safe staying here alone. The hot breakfast was great each morning and the lobby area was very nice. The desk staff were friendly and efficient.

Good value. Seems like pretty safe area around the hotel. Close to a 7-Eleven that has gas pumps, so you can fill up your rental car before dropping it off at PDX. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet room despite proximity to airport. There is a wooded area and pond in back of the hotel that I think all the rooms overlook.

My wife likes taking baths; there aren't any rooms with bathtubs.

super clean and nice hotel! loved everything about it, the room was super spacious and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was super good as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish the pool and hot tub was open. I booked a few months in advance and saw they weren’t open but I was expecting them to be reopened by the time we stayed. I felt like they should get that fixed because people pay good money to stay there.

The staff was excellent. I'm handicapped and use a mobility scooter. Anything I needed was provided and they went out of their way to get to me so I wouldn't have to struggle. The gentleman in the breakfast area went above board in helping me get my breakfast each day of my stay. I left my key card in my door and he also knocked to let me know that. Having your staff take such good care of my needs to the point of anticipating them and not waiting to be asked was a treat. I'm rarely given that consideration when I travel. We have always stayed at Red Lion in the past, but will now use this Clarion. While not as fancy, the experience was lovely and the breakfast included nice healthy items. Another really nice thing was the all day coffee bar. As a coffee drinker round the clock, it was so wonderful to be able to have nice brewed coffee when I was there. I couldn't manage the in room coffeemaker due to my disability but I could just pop down the hall and get a hot coffee, tea, cocoa for my daughter, or just cool filtered water. It's those little things that make it lovely.

I had a wonderful stay. Our room was a little small is the only thing I can think of. For an ADA room there wasn't enough room to get my scooter around so I had to hang onto furniture and move as little as I could. Another idea for the hotel is that ADA rooms probably should have desk chairs without arms. They make it really difficult to slide in and out of. Your staff kindly brought me one of the dining room chairs which was comfortable and easy to use.

I liked that was very close to the airport. It was clean and comfortable, the shower was wonderful for two people to enjoy at the same time. The bed was super comfy which you don't get often anymore.

The shelf in the huge shower is ridiculously small, can't put anything on it. The sheer curtains in the room were water stained. That should be quick fix.

Location to airport is perfect. Nice facilities and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Close to restaurants and shops.

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The neighborhood behind the hotel is little shady (LaQuinta and the seafood restaurant), but we didnt have any issues.

The breakfast buffet was great with eggs, meat, breads, rolls, pancakes and waffles. The room was large and very comfortable. I did find the bed a little hard but not bad. The bathroom was a clean but a small room. A little larger would have been great especially the sink. I loved the small lake the hotel was next to and it added more atmosphere.

The bed could have been softer and the bathroom a little larger. More places to put your makeup, etc.

Very nice place to stay. It was close to the restaurant and it was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast very good and we felt very safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and next time we are back in Portland we will stay there again.

Shuttle service stops at 10pm. From Airport.if you have a late flight,no shuttle to hotel. We had to stay at another hotel on our return night to get free shuttle. I would recommend manager change shuttle times to later,as other hotels are .
