The price was good. Easy to get to and from the facility. Modern amenities. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet during the night.

The bed was not very comfortable. The room does not have curtains, just blinds. It was hard to get to sleep due to the outside light coming through the blinds. Noticed the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

Very clean, relatively quiet, bed is comfortable, the kitchenette is a nice feature. Being right across from the Walmart is very convenient. Feels safer than other options.

Not as quiet as I would like- the bed is next to the window, and you can hear people when they walk by.

Location

There where no towels had to ask for them and only give one set per stay time. Only one set of dishes for one person, when ask for more that's all we could have. Floors where very dirty. Beds very uncomfortable. The greeting and check-in staff were very rude. The place was not very welcoming. Would not stay there again.

had a very nice stay here. was here for the night only but i can see people staying here longer if their house was flooded or remodeling etc because they have a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave. even small cook top. room was spacious and clean. everything was pretty new. staff were friendly.

a couple of tips: 1) the front desk closes at 10pm. i wasn't aware of this and my original plan was to check in around 9 anyways, but things happen and i didn't get in until after 10pm. wasn't able to get a hold of the front desk and reached out to booking.com and they were able to reach them so i could check in. so give them a heads up if you're coming in after 10pm; 2) there are no ice machines. so if you want ice make sure to use the ice cube trays in the freezer.

The studio was clean. The staff at the reception desk was friendly and professional. Everything was nice.

The only thing that would've made my stay more pleasant is if the room didn't have such a strong cleaning solution scent. It was way too strong, lasted the whole time i was there and made it difficult for me to breathe. Maybe use a cleaning solution with less or no scent and let the place air out more. Other than that, i was very pleased with the place.

We stayed in a studio apartment with a comfortable king size bed on the 4th floor. We were impressed with how well the space is utilized. Running the ventilation unit at night blocked out most noise.

the door into the apartment doesn’t fit well …. there was a relatively large space between the door and door frame. The sound proofing isn’t great … could hear what sounded like a movie playing at 2 am … ventilation system is good but not perfect wrt covering noise.

Very welcoming, professional, polite staff. Spotlessly clean and bright. Nice suite with a very useable kitchen. Super-clean and efficient laundry room. The only small drawback was that the mattress was somewhat uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and the coffee was good.

the location is outstanding, walking distance to Walmart and restaurants. room had fridge, microwave and cooking stove which was great.

the stairwell has cigarette smell to it, maybe attach beds to headboard so they don’t move when you lay down and add rubber things to the legs of the bed to keep it in place?

The area was decent. Close to a lot of things to eat. It was clean and tidy. A little over priced

It was nice to have the kitchen in the room.

You should have a business center/copier available. I was told if I checked out early I'd get a refund ...so when that ended up happening unexpectedly I called and was told that wasn't the case...I wouldn't be getting a refund for 1 night that we didn’t stay there.
