The location was great and the room was very clean plus comfortable. I found the beds just right for me which would be a little bit more on the firmer side. The hotel was clean plus very friendly staff members. The breakfast has great options and was very warm when we arrived toward the end of the time they service it.

After checking in, we were informed that the elevators were out of service which meant that both (who had knee issues) to carry our stuff up to the second floor. This was not real easy for both of us but we barely managed then return to the first floor with our stuff via the stairs. I understand that it was out of their control. I wish I had asked to change floors due to our issues. We struggled to find the right temperature, because it seemed like it was always hot unless we turned on the air conditioning for a bit.

great choices and selection for breakfast, convenient location, great pool, spacious rooms, comforter and pilllows were clean and comfortable. Room cooled quickly.

I left jewelry in the room. I called 4 times to get to talk to someone and no one ever called me back. They said they would check. I know exactly where i left it and what is was. Just have not heard back from anyone.

I know renovations are something that cannot be avoided. But after thirteen hours of travel to get here and to find out the water was off until 4PM made this a little inconvenient. I would have like to use some hot water and clean up before a 3PM meeting the same day. Having said that, I will use this Hotel next trip.

The staff especially the girl on the evening shift was super nice. Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were open 24hrs!

Literally the only thing that was kinda annoying is the elevator is slow and busy there was only one. Also I was quoted 256 for the 2 nights and with tax it was 314 I believe but it was a weekend.

The access cards to the pool and hot tub area did not work even after issuing another card. The management had a master key card and was able to let us in to enjoy our time we were looking forward to the pool and hot tub. The Staff was very friendly and professional. We will be recommending this hotel to all our friends and family! 😁

The staff was friendly and professional! The shower as outstanding and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee was good, hot and always available.

location was great, breakfast was great, even made us fresh cinnamon rolls because we had to wait for our room.

room wasn’t ready upon arrival but that’s because we were early so I can’t really complain…

Had not planned to be in a hotel that night, and wasn’t expecting much. But was surprised at the quality of it all for the price.

If I’m being picky…desk lamp didn’t work and would like an end table next to the comfy chair to set my drink on.

Location was close to Interstate and many dining options close by.

We were disappointed in the breakfast as it did not meet the standards at other Holiday Inn Express that we have stayed at before. They did offer a breakfast sandwich that could be microwaved and variety of other breakfast items. We have always enjoyed the hot breakfast offered at other sites.

Bring back blankets!! Plenty of hot water in the bathroom sink, sadly the shower turned up as far towards hot as possible was only "almost " hot.
