The location is the reason we stay here at this hotel. It is in close proximity to the R.V. Inn Style amphitheater and an easy on/off access to I-5. We always shop local and eat at Killer Burgers, Because WHY NOT??? Right. Great value for price and the staff are so nice and professional.

Not the hotels fault at all, but the Park n Ride shuttle service to the venue no longer runs on the weekend. It was a great deal because we could walk from the hotel to the Ride Share parking lot and then have safe and reliable transportation to the venue without worrying about parking or traffic jam leaving after the concert. I hope they bring this feature back.

The desk clerk was very accommodating, making sure we were able to park our pickup and car trailer in a safe spot, which we could see from our room. She was also keeping an eye on the parking lot surrounding the motel with security cameras. The lobby was elegant and our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast the next morning. This facility exceeded our expectations and we certainly would stay here again!

Unfortunately, we were kept awake until midnight by children running and slamming doors in the room above us, but this wasn't the motel's fault.

The item that is a deal breaker for me and my family is to have a full size mirror in our room. Since they remodeled they have taken them out....it is important for us and this is the one item that will make us quit going to a hotel.

No full size mirror in our room! They brought one up the 2nd evening of our stay, but that is not the same....need a full size mirror by good lighting on the wall by it. With 3 ladies this is a MUST!

great breakfast-- multiple hot food options (i.e., scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy) among many other typical breakfast items, comfortable bed, clean room, large room, quiet stay, pet friendly, good location close to many places and freeway, accommodating staff

room needed upgrading-- paint touchup places where paint was chipping, ripped chair by table, a/c didn't cool down to our comfort since it kept turning off

This hotel must be on the newer side as it was very nice. We asked for a ground floor room and we got a super nice one very close to one of the outside entrances so we could easily bring in our "stuff". The breakfast was hot and good! Plus the rate we received from Booking.com was inexpensive compared to other La Quinta's I've stayed at. I would stay here again in the future for sure.

Nice building, everything was clean and well-kept. Check-in was easy. The place was also easy to find. The beds were comfy too. We liked it overall.

The breakfast was ok, but the milk wasn't refilled the whole time we were there, so we couldn't have cereal or put it in the oatmeal. We waited but no staff ever came out.

Very good hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal, waffles. Cereal, yogurt, muffins, coffee and iced water 24 hours. Comfortable bed, warm room, great Wi-Fi

Some of the things in the room should be replaced: a few holes in the curtains or cracks in the sink. Everything was working fine and didn’t bother me but still….

The breakfast was good. Sausage was weird, but overall good. No one puts out fruit any more. Would be nice. Location was close to everything. Made it easy to get around.

Adjoining rooms! Had kids next door banging on our side at 7am. Bathroom was tiny and toilet was slanted to one side.

The room was nice and the staff was accommodating.

We arrived at 4:30 but couldn’t check in because the room was still not clean due to a shortage of housekeepers. We were there for a 6:30 concert so had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. The staff was very apologetic, though.

Clean, comfortable and a good value. Good breakfast selection.

My shower curtain bar was loose, so the curtain wouldn't close all the way. Water got all over the floor. But I told the woman at the desk when I checked out and she said they'd get right on it and thanked me for bringing it to their attention.
