Location was good. I definitely liked that there was gated parking because there was a bit of a rougher neighborhood on one side of the hotel. Otherwise, it's central to lots of good shops and restaurants as well as the freeway. Nice view of the mountains in the distance, too!

There was a super loud party in the lobby that seemed overly loud. Lots of kids running around screaming and people yelling at the basketball game on TV. Was really annoying to go down to the lobby when they were there. The kids were also coming out of the pool without toweling off and leaving water all over the floor. Would've preferred the front desk staff to maybe ask them to keep it down a bit as the lobby area is for everyone, not just the people who were there for the party.

Love the beds and pillows. Just like home. Nice to not have to bring my personal pillow to ensure I have the comfort I like.

Would have liked to have a designated space available to enjoy a cigar and alcoholic beverage outside during the beautiful evenings. The only outdoor space with tables was non-smoking which I understand since it looked like it was part of outdoor dinning area.

It would it be nice to had breakfast like is advertised when you look at the website. It says breakfast included. That was lie no breakfast included and I called to ask and they say no o breakfast included, and our kitchen is open until 9:00☹️

I didn't have breakfast, i did eat dinner there once and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The dinner was good and a good value

When I checked in I wasn't given all the information about signing into the wireless, but using my card for parking. And the staff was great, so it was simply just some information that would have made a difference.

Clean large room, comfortable beds, nice view towards hills, very friendly staff. Convenient to restaurants, etc walking or with car. Also has pool, didn't have time to enjoy.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful she let me borrow a wine bottle opener to take to my room and return I was pleased with the communication she provided due to a confusion in my room reservation. I will stay here again they also offer gated parking (the area isn't the best) the view was good and the atmosphere was modern.

The lobby was full of people and they left their drinks and glassware all over went downstairs late at night and it was still sitting around.

The staff was really nice and helpful, hotel clean and great location. Thanks for having the pool open . Shout out to cinthia the lone ranger until the nice sale manager came to assist. Cinthia, who is 2 weeks fresh to the job, kept calm cool and collected through check in. She At times it got busy but she was always pleasant in her tone and I'm pretty sure she was smiling under her mask

There was no comp breakfast which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel Also short staffed as we waited hours for our rooms

The peace and quiet. Able to get a ton of work done without interruption. Very clean and satisfying. I came in pretty late (almost midnight). Got all the way to my room to find my key card wasn't working. I was able to get a new set from the front desk attendant and back to my room with no problems.

I liked everything about the stay here. If there was any fault to be had,it would be my very own for not visiting sooner.

The hotel had charging stations for electric cars, which wAs very important for us. I would suggest, though, that the hotel make that amenity more visible. There was nothing on their web site about it!

Ez access to the main interstate & highways. There's a Walmart just across the street & a nice Mexican restaurant just down the street But I really appreciated the kitchenette in the rooms eating healthy while out of town is very important & a good way to save money.

I would like to see security cameras covering the parking lot also advertised the lot is under surveillance. I myself have around 10 -$15,000 in tools & can only pray I'm not going to be robbed in the middle of the night. Cameras & advertisements of surveillance would be an additional comfort
