My Place Hotel-Yakima, WA0

Check in was smooth and pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was professional and super helpful. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel do not provide kitchen utensils but there is walmart around the corner. After reading reviews I was worried about noise but there was none. Some guests smoked and talked near the hotel but everything was quiet inside. Also, I did not see any homeless camps nearby, so I stopped worrying about my car.

Everything was good.

Friendly, competent staff; very clean room; comfortable bed with nice linens; kitchenette; good shower; laundromat; business desk with a printer; next to an amazing walking trail & close to Walmart... That's a lot to like for a good price. We were here for just over a week because of a death in the family, & My Place was an excellent long-term stay - exceptional hospitality!

Thin walls...can hear TV in adjoining room CLEARLY.

Comfortable room. Clean. Booking or me? Mixed up the date but the young woman at the desk just moved the booking date ( we arrived a day early) . Enjoyed our stay.

The neighbour next door had a very loud ring tone on their phone and they recieved many phone calls. Not the fault of the hotel, just an inconsiderate neighbour.

The location is nice, there is Walmart nearby. Beds were comfortable and the price really appealing. There's a backyard, which is nice to use when the weather is good :). I'd definitely stay again!

I don't recommend taking the option with breakfast, because it does not exist, you pay $8, and you can spend it in the hotel's little shop, which is in my opinion not worth it.

good price, good location, comfortable beds in good sized rooms, full sized fridge in a kitchenette, fairly nice outside space to sit in the back, good staff.

you get a functional kitchen but nothing to cook with. All the supplies you need are sold in their shop - I don’t know if it was meant as another money maker for the organization (a pathetic one) but it certainly felt like it. The BBQ that was available had a broken igniter button, so it wasn’t working.

Gal at reception was RUDE. I came in after driving 4 hours, and asked her if I could use the restroom before I checked in. She looked at me with a very almost hateful look on her face. When I came back to register, I asked her if she had a problem with me, as she had the same hateful look on her face.....no smile or friendliness whatsover. The gentleman at the front desk after her was VERY friendly.

New Property and friendly staff. Good facilities and good sized room. I found the hotel quiet and private.

The room was very nice but would have been even better with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. for cooking and having meals in. Also, a dishwasher would have made it a bit easier to cook and clean.

not clear on how housekeeping works - no one cleaned our room when requested , wifi password not presented upon check-in-no change machine in guest laundry ,had on wait on desk clerk for change- substitute breakfast items not to our liking

The rooms are good size and come with a mini kitchen including a full size fridge, hot plate and microwave. The beds and linens were super comfortable.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better (hair in the bathtub, used bobby pin on the floor) but the rest of the room was clean. No breakfast but that was reflected in the low price.
