Hampton Inn Beckley

Close to many dining options. Loved that we could walk to Pasquale's, a nice Italian restaurant. Pool and fitness room were also a great plus.

A large group of student came down to breakfast as we did. Only one person was there to restock/clean the breakfast area. I felt terrible for her... I suppose the hotel knew they were coming, it would have been nice to have extra help on hand. Our breakfast was definitely not a pleasant experience.

The location was very good, right off the expressway, and restaurants were either within walking distance, or about 2 minutes away

My only issue really is with the pillows on the beds. They were very comfortable, but the fact that the pillows only had pillowcases and no pillow protectors was a bit icky, as some of the pillows were noticeably stained

Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower, quality personal care products, nice pool. Breakfast included.

Nothing- except for a late night noisy guest in the hallway (not the fault of the hotel; could happen anywhere.) Also- could possibly update room carpet.

Staff members were great during my stay and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with tv channels not working late into the night but my stay was pleasant. My 7 year old daughter enjoyed making waffles every morning and swimming in the pool. Restaurants and gas stations are within walking distance from the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and took care of problems as they occurred. This included being woken at 12:30 a.m. by two drunks yelling in the hallway. We called the desk and the gentleman there took care of the problem immediately.

Not much can be done but the sound proofing between the rooms could use a little work. Also, the fans in the bathroom are not as good as they could be. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and clean.

Close to I-77, our travel road. Great food nearby, not just fast food. Went to Pasquales for dinner. Breakfast was well stocked with staff available and looking to meet everyone's needs by asking if everyone needed anything more.

Booking.com .... I thought I booked a suite as we had 3 adults and 2 kids. But it was a Double and the staff brought a roll away bed that fit easily.

I ended up in the ER of the local hospital with my husband who unexpectedly became ill as soon as we arrived in Beckley, we didn't even have a chance to see our hotel room, just checked in at the front desk then headed to the ER, where we spent 6 rather miserable hours waiting, when I finally did come back to my hotel room it was SO nice to walk into a clean, quiet room with no worries. Everything was perfect, thank you so much. The lobby and breakfast area was beautiful and arranged nicely. We had stayed the previous night in a different town in a different hotel that was definitely substandard, from now on I will always find a Hampton Inn!

The staff was super helpful and the beds were very comfortable! They were friendly and accommodating when we needed a toiletry item.

Water pressure was terrible and I had a cold shower this morning. It was like 9:45, but I’ve never taken a cold shower in a hotel before. They usually don’t run out of hot water and have great water pressure.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Breakfast that was provided was very well done with everything being individually wrapped and ready to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The online/app check in, check out and room choice was an amazing feature

The price was a bit high for my liking for a Hampton Inn. I know it was Friday of a long weekend, but $250 per night plus taxes seemed a bit high.

Everyone was friendly.

Breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was pretty bad… I know it isn’t a coffee shop, but was kind of surprised. Fitness room could have been a bit more updated.
