Great staff !! They let me kids stay in the pool to finish off our getaway after check out , there food was not mediocre I don’t ever like gravy and biscuits and there’s where amazing ! Yes there was so downs but my kids have never asked to come back to anywhere and they asked to come back here ! I’ve never been to a heated pool that was actually heated !!! And felt like it as this OUTSIDE ONE FELT AMAZING !

Just that the indoor pool wasn’t open but the outside was amazing !!

The staff was great, the room was awesome and comfortable. Price was reasonable.

I could hear the person in the room above me stomping around in their room. It actually woke us up. I thought hotels were supposed to be a little more sound-proofed. There was no ice vending. 2nd floor was closed and first floor didn't exist. The receptionist was nice enough to get me some from the back.

Easy to get in and out. It was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept us up. And checked every day.

We stopped for a night to get an early start to travel to NC. Our room was clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was good. Location close to freeway.

I liked the beds they were so comfortable. The room fits all 4 of us very comfortable. 2 adults and 2 children.

The bathroom door didn't shut all the way. But it wasn't a big deal. We chalked it up to the heat.

We had a clean comfortable room and the staff was friendly. The staff recommended a local diner that was really good.

We had issues with some of the outlets not working and one of us was not satisfied with the breakfast.

The kitchenette suits me well. The breakfast is decent. It’s clean and comfortable, and the A/C works well. The rate is reasonable.

Coffee in room had very little flavor. Refrigerator was not turned on so the bottle water I brought took to long to get cold.

Very nice room clean shower head needed to be cleaned (sprayed every which way) but not a problem. Parked right in front of our door, easy to walk dog out.

The hot tub was really nice and it was really neat how you could swim from the outside pool right into the inside pool through the wall. My wife really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room.

That the only breakfast food was a cereal bar and a juice cup. That was originally sent to the school children during the year in food boxes. I know this to be true because my son received the same food boxes. And the fact that the pub and restaurant located inside 5he facility was closed due to the covid pandemic. But yet all other restaurants and bars in the area as well as the state were open for business. So why was the one in the hotel closed due to the pandemic according to the sign on the door?
