The entire staff was wonderful! Our checkin went smoothly and Andrew at the front desk couldn't be more accommodating! The breakfast was fresh and the beat breakfast we've had over the past week in and out of different hotels throughout Illinois and Wisconsin! The lobby was spotless, common grounds clean and their was a fresh scent throughout the lobby and hallways!

Like I stated our stay was wonderful, the only thing that would improve the rooms would be to upgrade the mattresses. Also, deodorize the guest rooms with that great scent that's throughout everywhere else on the property. Also, the pool/spa area had huge fans and was extremely humid in there. Maybe they were working on that area.

The variety for breakfast although the cups for juice and coffee could be bigger. Had to make multiple trips to get drinks. Sunday morning there wasn't any regular bagels out. And had to ask for the waffle mix to be refilled

Cost of room expensive for just a place to sleep. Beds could have been more comfortable

Staff was very Friendly, the fruit and veggie water at the front of the lobby was amazing.

Breakfast was okay because we are Vegan need to cater to Vegetarians and Vegans. The elevator needed some cosmetic work and the wash rooms were not vented.

The property was very clean and staff were taking good care of the spaces. it was attractive and welcoming in the lobby. The pool is very comfortable too! The front staff were also very personable and efficient. I was very impressed!

Maybe there are some little things in the pool area that could use some attention but otherwise I thought it was pretty great. The rooms and eating area where all clean and nice looking

The breakfast was absolutely amazing-- self-prepared fresh omlets, fresh waffles, meat, eggs, muffins, fruit. There was something for everyone, including the pickiest eaters. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was big, and tv could be adjusted any direction a person generally used. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

I wish we could have stayed longer-- but I suppose they need to get rooms ready for other guests.

Hearty breakfast with variety and eager helpful friendly staff. Nice size pool and jacuzzi clean and warm. Lobby bathrooms large and very fresh.

King suite had pullout bed. Pullout had sesame seeds from previous user. Bedding package for it was worn but clean. Mattress was well used.

I try to stay at Confort Suires when I travel. 99% of the time I am perfectly satisfied. This was a good one. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. I would recomend this location to everybody!

Pool & hot tub area could use a deep cleaning. We used & enjoyed them but soon they should be scrubbed down.

Very comfortable bed. The best breakfast at a hotel that we’ve ever seen with with actual hot food and variety. The room was clean and had a sitting area. Helpful and friendly staff.

Felt a little uneasy with slippery tub and didn’t like the plastic toilet seat. Otherwise all was perfect!

I upgraded to a king whirlpool room, I loved the lay out, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Plus I asked for a quiet room and it was a corner nook which was perfect. Breakfast was good as well, I liked that you serve breakfast later than 9am.

I would have loved a later check out and didn't like that the elevator wasn't in a centralized place. If the elevators can't be in the middle of the hotel then you should place two.
