Such a cute hotel! The room we stayed in was a basically a mini condo! It was huge! I think we were in a silver suite. They had chocolates and other complimentary gifts. You could tell the staff took time in taking care of the rooms. Towels and toilet paper in various areas were in origami shapes. So neat. It really made for a nice stay. I’m only bummed we were only there for one night. It’s also right downtown so you don’t have to get in your car to go get food. You just walk a block or less depending on where you want to eat. And you’re also kitty corner from the harbor. Also, breakfast was amazing! Hotel breakfasts aren’t always bad but this was much better than your average breakfast! Such a neat area! HIGHLY recommend!!!

The breakfast was delicious nice selection to choose from. The location was great easy and quick to get to the lake or to Main Street. We received the romance package with lit (fake) candles and rose petals to the bedroom and decorated the bathroom with candles and more rose petals. In the kitchen was a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of roses. Nice to have kitchen and a balcony and a fire place in the living room.

Location was great, right by all the downtown shops and the lake. Our room was huge, 2 ac units with 1 next to the bed was amazing, chocolates in room, bottled water, a kitchen, swan towels and roses on the bed, all very nice touches.

Only 1 small slow elevator. Hallways, lobby, stairs, and breakfast room very hot, didn't feel like any ac. But our room was cool/comfortable.

Breakfast was fine. Having the kitchenette was convenient for filling water bottles. Space enough for three adults. Lots of towels! Loved the fireplace and the small patio. Hotel is superconvenient to downtown Lake Geneva and most of the things we wanted to see.

Had to unplug the plug-in air freshener - too much scent for the small space. No coffeemaker in the room! Spiderwebs (and spiders) in the corner of the bedroom.

Fantastic location with a balcony view over a park with a stream running thru it. Lots of little perks in the hotel, like chocolate chip cookies, 24 hr coffee/tea, and hot soup. Very nice deck outside the pool area. Could walk to most restaurants and the main downtown shopping area was just around the corner. everyone was very friendly and helpful. Under the building parking was wonderfully convenient.

The breakfast should last till 10:30, 10am is sometimes a little early for us. The refrigerator in room 207 was very loud when it kicked on. Pillows were hard to sleep on.

The location was perfect - close to the beach and restaurants. The little creek and nature walk was a quiet and beautiful place to relax. Our suite was so spacious, clean and comfortable, and the little details like flowers made it extra special. We also enjoyed being outside on our balcony, which looked over the creek.

The breakfast was good. It has gotten better than in past years when there was no "hot" option. The room was a little tight and seems that it could be spread out more, especially in today's environment. I was definitely a little uncomfortable being so close to other guests while unmasked. Otherwise the set up was nice. Just need more room. The tables themselves were a little cluttered too.

The price! I know that price points need to be competitive but at some point, we will reach a breaking point and will to search elsewhere for better deals. The Comfort Inn down the road is just as competitive and oftentimes offers lower rates. The hotel could offer cool promotions from time to time or email previous guest to let them know about the promotions or to offer loyalty reductions for past guests. Anniversary or birthday deals could also be offered to past guests.

I loved the location and the staff was very friendly. It was very peaceful there.

The pull out bed was super uncomfortable. The bathrobes and the bed spread both smelled old and gross like the hadn't been washed in forever. Couldn't use either. Also tv in bedroom not in a good spot if you get neck pain.

There was a huge amount of effort put in the room.. the towels, the flowers, the cleanliness. It was all noticed! The bed was extremely comfy…and it was a very spacious room! Breakfast was Amazing!!! So many choices! Loved the coffee bar!

My only complaint is that our shower was not draining properly.
