The Cove of Lake Geneva

Room was a 1 bedroom with a loft and was wonderfully decorated, clean and very close to shopping. the fireplace was the perfect touch and the beds were super comfortable. the coffee pot came with a complimentry pac which made a perfect pot of coffee

we were very happy with our room, the check inn process, the cleaniness of the room the closeness to the main strip. The only 2 things that disappointed were the fireplace wasn't working so we had to call maintenance and the sink in the main bathroom didn't drain. also, I think it's rotton when your staying 1 night and you still have to check out early.

Easy & fast check in! They honored our late check out the only bad part was they deactivated our keys so we had to walk back to the front wait in line while they attended other check-in guest listen to the whole details on Lake Geneva Blah-blah which is fantastic but now we are 40 mins later to get our card keys activated again! Otherwise place and staff were great! We will be returning again just fix your late check out procedures.

Not a thing! Everything and everyone were great!

The room was far above expectations. One of the largest rooms we have experienced. Full refrigerator, dishwasher, oven etc. kitchen with all the utensils. Fireplace in separate room. Nice coach with pullout for two couples or family of 4. The condition of the room was awesome. How many rooms have new carpeting..... clean and no stains on light brown carpet. Must have recently been refurbished. Wall hangings nice not tacky. Lake Geneva appropriate.

The building is a maze. Best to enter from the outside entrances. Easy to get lost going from check in to room at far end of entrance 4.

The room was fantastic, and it was very close to the elevator which was great for me because I have trouble walking long distances. The pool area was great, especially having one for the kids and one for adults. Having a lot of seating was also great with lounge chairs and regular chairs with tables.

I would have liked to of had a pool view room, but instead I got one that I was able to watch my car in the handicap space and the cars coming and going. Needs more handicap parking spaces. Once someone parks, they don't move their cars and it's hard to find another spot close by.

Front desk help was very friendly and efficient. Gentleman who fixed my TV was professional and friendly. Unit was very clean, modern and spacious. Elevator was quick and close to my unit. Plenty of parking. Housekeeping excellent. Kitchen accessories came in very handy! I could not find a dish towel. Overall great visit, but:

Mattress was not comfortable. This alone is of critical importance: I did not sleep well and that adversely affected my day, particularly the morning. Also: Crane outside the unit woke me up too early. I could not find a sheet of paper to write THANKS for a tip sheet for housekeeping. I could not use my balcony because someone on another balcony was smoking.

The room, restaurant, and location were wonderful.

They were working on the roof at the property so we heard noise early in the morning. The front desk staff didn’t inform us of the wifi password and where to find it and our cellular service was poor within the room so we did not have access to the internet for the duration of our stay. The sink in the bathroom needed to be rodded out it drained very slowly. Cutlery was missing from the kitchen area, the extra blanket in the closet had been used and needed to be laundered, and the ac/heating unit in the living room area did not work properly and was extremely loud when turned on.

Boat parking is rough when checking in on a weekend getting through the lot and having to turn around and go through the main streets just to circle back to the lot. there is a back entrance that you could use to just drive directly across the street to the lot and they chained it off making you drive 20 minutes when you could be there in 3 minutes if they didn’t chain off the back access. if there are cars parked on the street the lot for trailers is so narrow you’re gonna hit the curbs for sure and I only have an 18 foot boat. anything bigger wouldn’t work in my opinion.

Nice suite! Outdoor space. Fireplace. Kitchen. Location is walking distance to everything. Comfortable. Would stay here again. Although we did not use it, the pool area would be a blast for kids. Way more than just a pool... outside location so weather would need to cooperate.

The virtual assistant that was texted to me did not respond when I had a question. Called the front desk twice with no response.

The suite was big, spacious, and had all the amenities our family of 4 needed. It felt homey which is really important for us when we travel. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was amazing! There were plenty of cooking utensils and silverware, good size fridge. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice location, short walk to the lake. Large indoor heated poor and relaxing hot.

The pull out sofa bed in the living room was flimsy and not comfortable to sleep on. Also, our key cards did not work on entrance 2, which was the closest to our suite.

The common areas were large, clean, nicely updated and decorated for Christmas. The property is in a great location, right across from Flat Iron Park and the coastline of Geneva Lake. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The room we were assigned at check in was in desperate need of updating…especially the bathroom. The cabinet in the bathroom previously suffered water damage and needed to be replaced. The condition of the rest of the room was not in as bad of a condition, but was definitely dated and needed to be updated as I’ve already mentioned.
