location was great near all the shops and restaurants were in walking distance. enjoyed the pool. this time we did not use the indoor one. the restaurant attached is nice to have in those times when don't want to walk or get something quick. Free parking is a plus. it was a nice surprise were able to check in early or we could have used the free parking and pool if room was not ready yet.

the beds (queen) were not good for me, but it could be that used to own bed. it was hard and the pillows were also not what used to when sleeping. the idea of having coffee at lobby or room was a nice touch, but the coffee was not preference.

The property is in a great location right next to everything you need. The boat area, great restaurants and shops. The hotel had a fridge, microwave, and a little kitchenette and toweling and a few utensils and plates. I really liked that for having a few meals in the room. The pools both inside and out where clean and nice. They are both 4 feet so not deep. Both hot tubs were nice as well and an indoor sauna. We really enjoyed our stay with me and my 3 young boys, 13, 12, 10. We could go back and I suggested to others to go there as well. We also went to the Lake Geneva Safari (5 miles away) and that was super cool for the kids

No breakfast included which was a bummer.

I liked the location - it was truly walkable to places we were going to in Geneva. Having the Keurig in the room was super convenient, but we had to keep raiding the lobby supplies with 3 coffee-drinkers in the room. Easy access to Geno's East was convenient, too.

For three adults,, the room was a little cramped. Someone had to sit on the bed when we were all together. The beds themselves were also very high - my shorter companion had to ask for a stool to get in and out safely.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly & beds were very comfortable. Overall the rooms were very nice & I would stay again.

I felt like the facilities could have been a hair more updated for the price, however, it did look like the room had been recently renovated so hopefully they are continuing to modernize other aspects. I still greatly enjoyed my stay so this was in no way a deterrent. I did also find a big hair in my unused towel, but no other towels had issues so it was unfortunate but probably an accident.

The employees and waiter were very friendly and reliable. The reception personnel were also very friendly and helpful. The cleaning people did an excellent job of cleaning our room.

The nighttime outside our room was noisy at late hours both nights. It woke us up, but it didn't last a long time, so we did not call the desk to complain. I know you can't rule your guests, so the blame is on the adults that were noisy. I too could have been one of those rude ones back in the day also. I'm also amazed at how much higher the cost of everything in including our room in the Lake Geneva area, but it was worth it and our choice!!

Great location and close to everything. Front desk staff was very friendly and smiley. Very comfy bed.

We didn’t like having the room directly above Gino’s East. Our room smelled like grease from the exhaust fans from the restaurant. Looking at the rooftop of the restaurant killed the “lake view” that we paid extra for. There was also some large group there like a conference or craft show that took over all the lobby space and tables. There was also a tiny raise on the floor to get into the bathroom that we kept tripping over, not safe.

staff was super nice and super helpful! everything was clean. the quiet time hours were a massive plus! we had one issue with the people next to us screaming and cussing and throwing things and after we let the front desk know our issue, security was there to shut it down. the view of the lake was great and being connected to Gino’s East made dinner convenient and comfortable!

probably just the parking. didn’t really effect our stay but it’s a little tight!

Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere! Our room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the lake.

The pool and hot tub were super crowded even though it was January and not many people were staying there. I watched multiple people, including groups of 6+ walk over from the hotel next door (The Cove) to use the pool and hot tub. Not sure if there is an agreement between the two places but it was so crowded that using the pool and hot tub just wasn’t fun.

Excellent location! Everything from dining to the beach within walking distance.

The bathroom door stuck and we think the bed frame was broken. The air conditioner blows right in your face for the person closest to the balcony. We have stayed here multiple times and just thought this was a fluke experience. We did not notify them of the issues until we were checking out.

While the view of the lake was beautiful, much of our view was the roof air conditioning vents. The property is within walking distance of the downtown area.It The members of the staff were outstanding. Very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool on extremely hot days.

We could have used some hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels or swim suits.
