The pool was wonderfully warm, felt like 88 - just perfect for my arthritis exercises. I could have stayed all day. The hot tub was slightly overwarm but did good for my back. Breakfast was very good. My room was excellent & close to the pool, and the cookies were terrific. The walk in shower was so helpful & felt wonderful!

On the whole, all went well. My king bed was softer than I need but when I took advice & slept in the middle, it was better. The last few days, the hot water near the dining room tasted & smelled like coffee. They did maintenance twice on the pool (my main reason for staying); once I waited an hour, the second time, I had to skip it entirely.

Every time I have traveled to the Eau Claire area in Wisconsin I have chosen Hampton inn due to the friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is exceptional! On my last trip I had an unexpected error come up and the staff was more than willing to work with me I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to the area! If you're looking to be closer to 10 to the mall this may not be the place but I don't mind the drive through the area to get to attraction spots! You are super close to gas stations and food there is a McDonald's literally on the other side of the parking lot and Burger King across the street! Love my time here!

I love staying here when I come to Eau Claire! Staff is always amazing and so welcoming! They work well with you when any type of inconvenience comes up! Had a problem with checking in on my end when I got to the property and the desk clerk was so apologetic and understanding.

There is not a single thing I did not like about the property or my stay! If I had to say one bummer it would be the fact that the hot tub was out of order during my time here.

The pool was nice same with the food in the morning the hotel staff was great and the hotel was clean and good location and close to everything we need

Would of been nice when we checked in the staff told us it was 50.00 and then then next night woke up in the morning another 50.00 was taken out my account why didn't the staff told us every night is 50.00 the staff told us it was a one time change not back to back

The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was open until midnight, which was convenient for my late check-in time.

There was no coffee in the breakfast area in the morning at 6:30am. I checked with another hotel guest who was eating breakfast, if they knew about the coffee. With a very disappointed tone and expression the guest said "There isn't any coffee." When I asked the girl at the front desk about the coffee, she stated that she didn't usually work the morning shift. She said that the coffee should be ready and she could put out now. Once the girl brought out the full pot of coffee, the disappointed guest quickly came to get some coffee and thanked me for taking charge of the coffee situation.

Staff was extremely fast both with check in and check out. My partner and I both remarked how we have never been to a hotel with such a fast process. Both front desk workers were quick and helpful with our questions

Eggs were not the best in the morning. You should not put american cheese inside a wrapped egg. Use a shredded cheese to prevent gummy texture and taste.

Breakfast was just exceptional. Everything was hot and tasted very good. I could not ask for any more food. It was Great!! Lov3d the fact that the pool and hot tub were open from 6 am until 12 am. Perfect!!

I was disappointed today as I was planning on going into the hot tub and it was closed. I have severe back issues and was planning that after breakfast and before we left I would go i. The hot tub, only to see when leaving breakfast that it was closed.

I enjoyed the breakfast each day I was there, they changed the different foods available which made it enjoyable. The area was clean and the staff were awesome help and friendly. The hot tub was excellent and the pool area was clean and relaxing.

There was no washer and dryer accommodations because I had to stay an extra day, but the staff let me know the nearest laundry services area.

The new low profile toilets, nicknamed toddler toilets by someone. They are very awkwardly placed and lower than standard toilets. I find it odd because in home remodeling it is going the other way to high profile. Maybe offering a mix would be wise for accessibility. Thx

Perfect for what we needed after a full day of shopping.... pool, jacuzzi, great breakfast!! Would definitely stay again. Loved the warm and quiet pool, adult time only is a great feature.

Everything was great, no complaints! The jacuzzi was a little hot......that's all..
