The breakfast was wonderful! One of the things we enjoy most when we stay at this hotel!

I was the one taking out the trash, but there was an envelope in our room to leave a tip for the housekeeper. Really?? I understand that staffing continues to be an issue since Covid. I was able to get extra coffee pods and exchange towels from the front desk. I was also able to get trash bags for the room. I’m ok with that. But don’t ask me to leave a tip for someone who literally never made an appearance!

Lightbulb on a main light went out in our room at night and the night staff was unable to retrieve a new bulb to replace it because they were in a closet they didn't have keys for. Really? They offered to discount the room for the inconvenience but when we went to check out, the information was not relayed to the day staff and they were unable to compensate us "because the room was paid for through a third party.". Not sure why that would make a difference but I wasn't going to argue about it. They offered to discount a room in the near future if I had something coming up... Seems like an offer most people wouldn't be able to take, to me.

Great bed-- comfortable, nice sheets and towels-- clean, new and bright. Staff awesome.

Only complaint was that room was too warm-- This was my second stay in 2 weeks. On previous stay, room was over 78 degrees at all times or warmer. Despite lowering thermostats both times, rooms were very hot. Both stays, rooms were in same location on 3rd floor though across the hall from each other.

Loved the refillable bottles in the shower. This must save a lot of waste and money. Liked the couch thing, very comfortable. The hooks in between the armoire and the TV are great! Awesome sized hot tub.

Loved the shower and was excited to get in, but the lack of water pressure really ruined it for me. It was still nice, don't get me wrong. Just expected hard pounding pressure that I love. Don't like the down comforter with no top sheet. Comforter is too warm, but too cool without it. Hopefully it gets washed after each visit.

Close to my daughters job. Restaurants and stores.

A bag was stolen out of my room from a housekeeper. And also the front desk allowed someone to call the room when we specifically asked them not to allow calls or anyone to come to our room

Comfy Beds

No Big deal, but fan in bathroom didn't work and bathroom door could use some WD40. When we used the pool the first night, we noticed someone must've had an accident, there were drops of poop and we assumed that would get cleaned up before the pool reopened the next day but it was still there when we went the next evening.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean (I'm a germophobe so I truly mean it), the staff was very nice and always greeted us with a smile. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was super friendly upon check in and check out! Clean room with fun decor. I like that they provide a decent quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap that isn't in mini containers or bar form.

light, bright and comfortable. great breakfast. nice size rooms, comfy beds.

the whirlpool was so dirty the foam from the bubbles had a brown smear running through it. the pool had obvious sediment at the bottom. too bad… makes you question everything else.

Everything was great but clearly the floors are not kid running proof. Very loud kids running up and down hall. However that was only during day hours.

Loved the cleanliness, location, staff, environment, breakfast and hospitality.
