The hotel is very neat with all the old brick inside and out! The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the big bathroom and shower.

The prices of the room snack bar selections were terribly priced!! The items were old, as they hadn’t been changed out for new & fresh snacks. The snickers candy bar was rock hard in the package, the potato chip bag was expired as well. I did not purchase any of these items due to price and old. This was the negative experience of the room stay. They also did not have a microwave.

Quiet room, very comfortable bed! Bed linens were exceptional. Pillows awesome!

I was disappointed in the quality of the bathroom towels. I expected plush towels but instead they were cheap, thin and scratchy. Time to upgrade, Lora.

the hotel was simply superb. Staff was amazingly friendly, and accommodated all of our needs (accessible room, rollaway bed, rooms near each other). The location in Stillwater was phenomenal (right on the main drag) and the attached restaurant was excellent. As a bonus, the architecture of the building (built in the 19th century and adapted to 21st century needs) was a lot of fun to admire. Overall, it was outstanding stay, and we'd definitely come back.

only possible downside was that we didn't have a desk in the room, but since we weren't there for work we didn't miss it much at all.

pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but the overall room was amazing. so classy and unique. A mini fridge would have been preferred instead of the two safes. Loved all of the exposed brick and decor. Our room didn’t have a window, which at first seemed odd.. but then it created a kind of “castle” ambiance which we loved. The coffee shop attached to the building was also amazing!

Beautiful building, great location, wonderful shower. Comfy bed! Loved our little personal patio area. Staff was friendly, although some knew more about the area than others. I liked the “treehugger” option, which gave you a $5 “honor bar” credit if you saved water and resources by not requesting daily linen changes.

One thing that frustrates me about boutique hotels is that they are so expensive, yet still have so many add-on costs. Would some free snacks and soda bankrupt a property that is charging well over $200/night and promoting itself as a special luxury experience? Does valet parking really need to be $30 day? Do they need to be so stingy with the in-room coffee at this price range? Place was very clean, although I did find some dust on shelf where blow dryer was stored, and white powder on blow dryer bag as well. Would have liked more tourist info available, as some of front-desk staff were less knowledgeable about local highlights than others. All, however, were very efficient and friendly!

Loved the room, the awesome hotel decor and the location. Best snack tray ever and the shower was fabulous. The coffee and staff at Made was terrific and the drinks at Feller were solid! Really appreciated the room upgrade! Thank you!

The staff - Claire, Josh and the women at the coffee shop were wonderful! The hotel is beautifully designed and maintains the architectural integrity and historical significance. The spa robes were super plush and luxurious after a tough day shopping and eating. The pet welcome kit was super thoughtful and cute as well. Rhubarb appreciated it.

Would have enjoyed a less starched bed linen. The espresso pods in-room were also for purchase only and not included, which I found odd. Would have loved to enjoy a soak in a bathtub, but all rooms are step-in showers only. Those are the only things I seriously "didn't like."

Great location in Stillwater!! The design of the hotel is unique as it was part of an old brewery. Our room was very comfortable, albeit a little noisy early in the morning as we were above the loading area for the restaurant. Not a big deal unless you’re a super light sleeper.

Not much not to like! It is generally expensive on weekends - so we stayed on a Sunday night, and it was still a bit of a splurge. But the location is perfect!

My friend and I were running behind for an appointment. We told the server we had limited time, and wondered if they could accommodate. Not only did they seat us right away, but we got our food in five minutes, and our server was wonderful. Oh, and breakfast was DELICIOUS - best Eggs Benedict ever.

Nothing - was a GREAT stay.

it was beautiful! the room I booked didn’t match the images, so I was disappointed we didn’t have a balcony. It was still a great trip.
