loved the location and Matchsticks bar/ restaurant our bartender we was more than delightful and assisted us in picking first rate meal choices

seems the rooms have little insulation, as the room next to us were quite noisy and we could hear it all, on the second floor. Amana blew such cool air that could not sleep on bed closest to it. We set register at 74degrees.

The building itself was built to fit in with the existing buildings- very good. The interior was really nicely done. Good vibes.

Our room was nice but nothing exceptional that warranted the high price.

This place is absolutely beautiful. There was not one thing I didn't like. What I loved the most about the Hotel Crosby was the large rooms with patio and balcony suites, roof top patio and hot tub, and the in house restaurant called the Matchstick. There is a reserved parking ramp for hotel guests which made it very easily accessible! Best place to stay in Stillwater to have every shop within walking distance.

Honestly did not find anything negative about this place.

The restaurant in the hotel is amazing! The rooftop hot tub was also very nice. I really liked the decor and design of the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The lobby is a cozy place to relax in as well.

The beds are firmer than no I like, although the pillows were perfect! There is no fridge in the room and it was a bit inconvenient to always have to ask the front desk for ice since there aren’t any ice machines on the floors. There was no closet in our room. it had hold instead, which was okay for us, but might not be for others.

Loved the location, and the staff was wonderful. They brought ice to my room within 5 minutes of my request… very helpful and nice.

I didn’t love the noise level. My room was the second one away from the elevator, and there were quite a few groups of loud people in the middle of the night, despite posted ‘quiet hours’.

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and great hot tub. Loved the little things like they had a basket of water and Tylenol etc set out at front desk in the morning.

It was hard to find the parking area since it doesnt specify on the website where it is and there isn’t good signage to show you where it is, just a logo symbol. But we were unfamiliar with the logo. I also didn’t like that the restaurant was wide and open to elevator doors, there’s no privacy between the two. That was kind of awkward waiting for the elevator while people are watching you…

The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond. The food in Matchsticks is fantastic. The roof top hot tub is special. The location is great.

No breakfast offering. Poor selection of teas and coffees in room. Low bed if you suffer from a bad back.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. So much character, very clean, and nicely furnished. Building itself was also very beautiful and the attached restaurant was great.

Seemed a little over priced. I was expecting to pay for a luxury hotel, but it seemed a little excessive.

On check in a valet helped unload in front. Reconstructed former warehouse or office. Nice detailing of old building. Dinner excellent with small plates to share, but dining room jammed with drinkers and diners making for extreme noise. Could not hear each other. Nice soft and cool sheets on very comfortable and firm bed. Contemporary bath and shower. Very quiet room. Interesting furnishings.

Dining room and bar together making excessive noise.Quieter dining room separated from bar would be preferred. No house breakfast. Parking less than convenient with outdoor connection to ramp and central elevator necessitating a bit of a walk. Pricey

My second time staying at the hotel. Location excellent, staff very helpful and friendly

Room very light due to streetlighting outside - extra blinds would be good.
