+ Friendly and helpful staff + Clean and big rooms with comfy beds + Great room service (daily cleaning service with fresh towels and amenities) + Free parking + Location: Founded by Buffalo Bill, the town of Cody is a great place to visit with lots of things to discover (Old Trail Town, Buffalo Bill Center of the West etc.) and fun things to do (Rodeo etc.)

- Lighting in the room was not sufficient - Slight signs of mold in the bathroom - Location: If you are planning to visit Yellowstone NP, keep in mind that it takes you at least an hour by car to reach the East entrance of the park from Cody and then another hour to major attractions (or even more due to roadwork) - and we are only talking one way.

The property is unusual in that half the rooms face inward overlooking a huge space with a pool, exercise area and breakfast nook. A Japanese steakhouse was incorporated, although we didn’t eat there, also a small “rustic” bar was available for patrons.

The property had a number of things broken or under repair: the toilets off the pool, the sauna, the coffee maker. It gave us the impression that the property is struggling. Still, our room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Bed and pillows where great very comfortable. Didn't know it Didn't have elevators. Have bad knees. I didn't know when u book to let them know so they can put u on the ground floor. But the lady at the desk was very nice and worked with it and gave me a room on the ground floor. I really appreciate that. Made my stay alot better. Thanks

On r qps system. Had the address in kept taking us to the road by the hotel which r apts.

The A/C unit in our room stopped working during our first night. Making a loud banging sound that made us turn it off around 02:00. I mentioned this to the frt desk staff member and she texted someone while I was still there. When we returned to our room around 18:00, the room was cool and it was a new A/C unit. Thanks for the quick addressing of the issue and getting it repaired.

Clean and comfortable. Loved the lodge-y feel.

Appreciated the hot beverage service in the morning. A continental breakfast for the price would have been nice. The woman at checkout was nice. Check-in woman didn’t smile, welcome us or thank us for coming. She turned away after giving us the keys. I had to ask her if we were done with the process. Not a nice way to start. Otherwise great stay.

We appeared to get upgraded with our Genius status. The unit had 2 rooms plus large bath - microwave and fridge. Very comfortable and clean - super roomy Hotel is on outskirts of town but we thought it was good for road access... the rodeo was in town and as we drove through we could smell the animal aroma thus being slightly away is best Wish we stayed more than one night to learn more about Cody - the decor was tastefully historically about Cody too

check in was odd, front desk clerk was not really friendly no breakfast, but they didn't say it was included either.

Room was very clean. Service was excellent.

Basically, nothing was an issue. There was a small leak in the valve leading to the toilet that did not affect out stay. I brought it to their attention, They were going to switch rooms but I said it was not a problem for my stay just that they might want to fix it to avoid damage to their floor. I was a small leak.

The bed was super comfortable and the linens were great (large bath towels and plenty of them). The location was good.....Cody is a small town so is there really a bad one?!

The cleaning crew needs to be a bit more thorough. We had coffee spilled on the wall (none of us had any) and some little things, nothing major. However, the 2nd room had the previous occupants left overs in her fridge and a sock in the corner.

Motel was close to everything we wanted to do in driving distance. The western theme throughout was great! Variety of coffee and tea was nice. Room was very roomy, and we didn't feel at all cramped.

Housekeeping came in our room without knocking before we checked out. I think they must've seen me carrying bags out to our vehicle, but my wife was still inside the room finishing up. The staff was very nice and apologized.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff person was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting. It had most of the amenities one would expect in a nice hotel room. It was easy to find and in a good location.

It was a little pricey and did not include breakfast. Otherwise, I was pleased.
