Breakfast was okay. Should be on a warm stove at all time.

a couple days of our stayed a few young cleaning ladies on our floor (top) talked and giggling a bit loud around 8 to 8:30 am. Toilet paper and tissue should be a bit softer especially the tissue. Front desk staff gave me a wrong direction to the restroom.

The breakfast here was great, something hot every morning. Room was spacious and was a great location to head out of town to Yellowstone. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with directions, etc. We also utilized the gym and laundry area which were both nice.

The price was more than I expected, partly my fault when I got a notice from Booking.com that I could upgrade for a better room for $60. I did not realize that was per night so this added $180 to my overall bill. We ended up with a very large size suite instead of a room which would have fit our needs. A little pricey but it is a newer hotel with lots of amenities, most of which we were not able to use (Hot tub, pool, outdoor fire pit) due to time constraints. Booking.com should be more clear when suggesting these upgrades.

Hotel personnel were top notch. Rooms and hallways and all facilities spotless. Excellent breakfast included and restaraunt manager chris is terrific. Very good location for yellowstone np if you cant stay in yellowstone. Equal distance to east entrance and northeast entrance. We are definitely booking this hotel for next year.

Not a negative but an "i wish". I drink strong coffee. Very strong. I think its too much to ask so i will bring my own strong coffee next time and use the keurig machine they have in each room. Not the hotels fault.

It was new. Clean. Things were in top shape. Really great for Hampton Inn

The staff. No life. Attitude at the check in, even when I tried to make small talk. It should be the other way around. The person around the breakfast area basically hated his job. This would be a great stay if the staff were filled with young, vibrant, and people with some background in hospitality training.

This is a very marginal issue and it has to do with the Hilton rather then this property. The electronic key, if for some reason stops working then there is no way for the front desk to fix that issue for you. you have to go get a manual key card. I believe that if you’re going to advertise a convenient product like electronic key via your app, then put some effort behind it to make sure it works.

Nice and new hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is nicely located. It is easy to reach the highway to Yellowstone, the Rodeo and downtown with the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. A supermarket and a gas station are near by. The room is very spacious and the pool area is very nice.

The laundry is not free (and on our first night the front desk didn't have enough coins). The space under the bed wasn't well cleaned.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the breakfast bar. It was definitely a good choice for this reason. Everything was good but I felt the sausage patties were under cooked.

The room layout was somewhat cramped. The chair at the desk had little room from movement. I also didn't find any pamphlets in the room discussing local amenities. Luckily there is a chamber of commerce that had plenty.

This hotel is very modern and new, everything is so nice, from the interior design to the breakfast and mountain view outside of it. More affordable food in the down then Yellowstone West town

It takes 1+ hour to drive to Yellowstone compared to the west entrance hotels.

I booked this hotel due to the location to Yellowstone and the town of Cody itself. Cody has a lot to offer, we were never left with nothing to do.

This hotel coved everything, I was happy with it the was it was. Perfect for the price we paid and all amenities were available. Staff was excellent and restaurants were close by. No complaints from us.

Excellent place to stay. Great comfortable rooms, large windows to look out of, stay was super nice & the breakfast buffet was fabulous !!!!! Next time we will book direct with hotel because we could of got a better rate on the king room than going through booking.com. Highly recommend this hotel !!!!!!!
