The room was clean, bed was comfortable, pull out couch bed was somewhat comfortable. Room was a good size. Staff were wonderful!

The hot tub was unusable and the pool was a little green in color, so we were unable to use the pool area and had to pay to go swimming at the recreation center in town. The price of the room was doubled because of the rodeo in town, so was not real happy about the price.

The property is very well kept and maintained. I few things need updating and or fixed. but other than that it’s really good.

We parked by the back side door because the front parking spots were all full. when we went to use the door. it would not work. 3 different room keys and we could not get in. it was fairly cold and we were forced to walk to the front entrance after trying to open the back side door.

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, great location to things we were doing in Casper.

Pool area did not have pool towels and the chlorine level in the pool was too high. Pool/hot tub area was crowded and the adults were not able to use the hot tub as a group was having a party in the pool area.

We liked the room and how it was set up. The staff was friendly and had breakfast one day and it was filling. Being able to bring my dog in helped out as well.

The pool had closed earlier in the week and it was still closed even after a week where they had not yet gotten a heater to fix it. In the photos it showed a spin bike though when we got there it was then replaced by a treadmill. I also made a reservation on booking.com and called the next day about getting a 1st floor room by a door with double beds with my dog. Was told it was blocked but when getting there10 days later, the room was no longer available which frustrated me some though the room we had on the 2nd floor was nice.

Came in off the road dog tired and staff accommodated us right away, (cleaned) and got us into our room ASAP. Huge shout out to Kaylee who helped us get in quickly and with ease (she was so sweet, kind, and accommodating!) The Comfort Inn is right off interstate 25 and next to so many restaurants and activities. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and decent breakfast every morning!

Very good breakfast. Better than other places I've stayed in Casper.

The room had some cigarette smoke odor.

Being located near a business hub was a great asset. Walmart, Casper’s mall, and restaurants were close. The grandkids enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and the bed while not the best was good. The breakfast with waffles and hot options was the best we found on our trip.

Breakfast was always great and they had a variety 😋.

Pet friendly hotel. But clean and near restaurants and other businesses.

Grounds around hotel could be cleaned up. Especially the garbage and ashtrays near smoking areas.

Warm welcome and good location. Next door is a restaurant and down the street a petrol station. Quiet and comfortable.
