Building and room decor is stunning with stacked rock everywhere, arched windows, high quality tiling, and wonderfully coordinated decor down to the stone-look electrical plugs and matching oil-rubbed bronze toilet hardware! Easy walk less than 5 min to the Jackson town square with all the nice shops surrounding it. Free breakfast was OK having the hot and cold essentials. Did not have time to use the indoor-outdoor pool but it looked very inviting no matter what temp outside!

Breakfast area was tight during the morning peak - hard to find an open table. Same area appeared to also serve as the "business center" with a couple seats at monitors for internet access. Therefore, those desked turned into a "bar" at which to eat, which was a little awkward.

We stayed in a cabin which was clean and well stocked. It was nicely set up. The fact that there was a kitchenette was great, although we only used the coffee pot and refrigerator. There was assigned parking so that we had great access to the room which made unloading and packing easy. Breakfast was great. There were many choices and every item was replenished quickly by the staff. The entire staff was friendly and willing to help in every way.

The positioning of the bed was a little tight. Because we only used the one bed, it was a little difficult getting out of bed in the middle of the night. Also, the mattress seemed to sink the in center causing us to roll into one another during the night and making for a poor night's sleep. All in all it was not bad.

This was our first time in this part of our country and were positively impressed with the hotel, its staff and ammenities. Elk Country Inn is very conveniently located, closed to the town square and nice restaurants (Gather In Jackson Hole, Trio An American Bistro ), eateries (Jackson Drug Store, Moose Gourmet Ice Cream) and many other clothing, art and souvenier shops we had a chance to visit. Our room, located in a building adyacent to the main one, was spacious, super clean and had every imaginable detail we always love to find in a hotel room. The beds (2 queen size) were also very comfortable. The hotel has a small gym and a pretty big swimming pool (half of it is cleverly set indoors), and a jacuzzi. We enjoyed buffet-style breakfast in the property, with choices that were pretty decent. The hotel offers free parking and ours was just steps off of the building where our room was. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. ECI staff is very polite and friendly.

Our stay included free daily breakfast, from 6.30 to 9.30 am, which was served in a beautiful room, with high glass windows, overlooking the street, that was pretty congested at the time we visited. While this is no fault of ECI, we'd like to note that tt was irritating to see some guests acting as if they were in Starbucks, ocuppying a whole table, with laptops in tow, sipping coffee and talking on their cell phones about banalities, totally oblivious of what's going on around them, while many others (ourselves included) were scrambling to find a table to sit at and enjoy breakfast.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was lovely and big. Staff are super friendly and great food for breakfast.

The breakfast was so good but we had to eat it in the lobby as there is not enough tables for everyone. The hotel cant be blamed for peoples selfishness but its kind of sucky that people have to take their plates to the lobby or outside while someone else (who has finished eating) sits at a table playing on their phone for an hour. We saw a few people doing this two days in a row. Dont get me wrong this is a fantastic hotel and we would stay here again it is a really great place, just breakfast is a bit annoying

Lovely facility within walking distance of restaurants/bars and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cabin was roomy and had a kitchenette with a small refrigerator with freezer section, electric stove, microwave and coffee maker. TV in the bedroom and another in the main room. Cabin could accommodate a family since the couch was also a fold out bed. Cute porch with picnic table and chair. Indoor/Outdoor pool, gym and a spa.

Parking is tight if you're not in by 4 pm it may be difficult to find a spot. They could not accommodate my request for early check in...

I appreciate a clean hotel and this property was clean. The lobby was beautiful and they had a great selection for breakfast. I appreciate that our family of 6 could stay together in one room, still allowing some privacy with the loft.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. The bathroom (toilet and shower) is the smallest I’ve seen. There were very few outlets that we had to unplug everything to plug in a cpap and one electronic device by the beds. The furniture in our room was great but the rest of the room (paint, carpet) felt very dated.

we stayed in the loft room with three queen beds. it was perfect as I was traveling with my son and his friend! gave the needed privacy and space. the breakfast was good! the beds were so comfy!! the rooms were warm. the views amazing and within 2 min drive to the town square, we could have walked but we chose to go in the winter LOL! was a 20 min drive to Jackson hole!

there were a few quirks but nothing really to say I didn’t like it! the bathroom was small but efficient, the shower had its hot and cold backward but once you figured that out it worked just fine 😀

The environment and room were fantastic. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. It was also in a perfect part of town for activities.

The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. For the price we paid, the breakfast could have been a lot better. Everything was bland and just like warmed in a microwave. It was also pretty pricey, but apparently not uncommon in that area.

Only 4 blocks from the town square. Pet friendly. Pool was open and I believe it was a salt pool. don’t quote me on that. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was basic but good. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The staff though was the highlight of the trip. we had to re-book for another night and they did everything they could not to have us move rooms.

The establishment is older and our room didn’t have as many wall plugs. The hotel did their best to alleviate I ate that by adding an alarm clock with all sorts of plugs. good thinking

The front desk staff were not consistent with their reply to requests. We stayed Sun-Tues, and were returning on Thursday afternoon. When we arrived, three rooms in our group asked if we could leave one of our bags in “storage” or in a room until we returned since we could not take all of our bags with us. We were initially told that would not be a problem, yet Tuesday morning when we were checking out from our first stay we were told that there was not enough room for the Inn to hold our bags for our return. I find it hard to believe that there was no place for the Inn to hold the bags. And we were left with little time to find another alternative.
