49'er Inn & Suites

The included breakfast was great. The indoor pool, hot tub, and work out facilities were also wonderful. Our room was comfortable although the property could use a "refresh". We liked the location since we could walk to restaurants and shops.

It would be helpful to have each of the buildings in this complex marked with a large letter or number. It was initially difficult to find the room, and even more difficult to tell someone (such as a food delivery person, etc), where the room was located.

Super good breakfast with lots of variety! The location was amazing; we were able to walk to downtown and the rodeo. Super close to the car rental also. The pool/ hot tub areas were clean and the pool towels were actually big beach towels. They have a 2nd hot tub outside which was nice to use in the cool evenings.

Hot tub was not heating correctly when we 1st arrived, but the staff fixed it quickly. We used the outside hot in in the interim. One of our beds seemed to be cooked, or really used on one side and not the other.

The position was great for our needs. In among restaurants etc

The attitude of some staff. We were not told that Inn still had the policy of not cleaning rooms due to covid. It was left to the guest to find and read a small green card that was not with the Inns general info pack. When cleaning staff were approached for clean towels & a re supply of coffee & tea we were told we should have read the notice "if you can read". Says it all. Other Inns & hotels we have stayed in no longer follow this policy. It should be made clear at booking in so guests know what to do & expect.

The staff was awesome. I injured myself while in Jackson and the front desk staff was extremely accommodating and very helpful. I was able to borrow the use of crutches and a wheelchair. They gave advice on restaurants, taxis and local transport within Jackson. You can tell this is more of a family run business as they understand their customers and the unfortunate predicaments they may get themselves into and are there to help you. I can't say enough how wonderful they were. The breakfast was very good, had a lot of options and the staff was continually making sure it was clean and stocked. They have a large open breakfast sitting area that my friends and I used for apres ski and for dinner which was great since it was hard for me to get around town. They do not have a bar or restaurant other than for breakfast, so my friends went to the market and local restaurants to get stuff for our apres ski/dinner. It was nice to have an area to congregate to do this.

This is more of a fyi - due to Covid, they were not providing daily room cleaning service. They did provide fresh linens and other items upon request.

Location great. Staff friendly.

Room awkward to get into with suitcase...sink blocks doorway. Felt a bit uneasy that facility outside doors were open all night.

The hotel was busy. Large Bus tour company groups were staying. Also they have many many rooms over several buildings. Thankfully we were in the main building. So although the breakfast room is quite big really, I am not sure it is big enough for that many rooms. So there were many people at breakfast and little tight in the food buffet area. However, the buffet spread was super, lots of great options. You cannot have any complaint about what was available. Also it was good to see they employ lots of staff, so service was great. The Inn is also located in a very nice part of the town.

It was really interesting to note that the building was actually completely metal clad on the outside. Not the most spacious room, just right. Carpet seems to need renewal soon, as in some musty odor. Otherwise everything including linen were very clean.

Super clean indoor pool and hot tub. Excellent service from the front desk staff. Good breakfast with hot and cold selections. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of counter space in the wet bar area and in the bathroom.

The room was a bit dated looking and smelled a bit stuffy at first until we opened the window. There was a burn mark in the counter top of the wet bar area. The bath tub was shabby looking with stains and a peeling surface.

The room was very comfortable and had a great view (which we requested in advance.) Breakfast was AWESOME. Always hot and plenty of it. The main man in charge of the kitchen was very nice and made sure there was nothing we needed. The indoor pool and spa were very nice.

The sink was right when you walked in the door. Very odd spot. The room was very hard to find we could have used a map. The cleaning service people (they were men), were not friendly at all.

Great breakfast. Room was sufficient for our needs. Good location. Rooms in Jackson are pricey but this one was one of the least inexpensive ones we found.

Price, but as stated before, all rooms in Jackson are expensive. Also, this hotel has separate buildings. It worked out fine for us, but we would not have liked to walk outside across the parking lot had it been raining to get to breakfast, lobby, pool etc. If that is an issue for you, ask for a room in the main building. Ours was in a building behind the main building.

Breakfast was quite complete, the room confortable and clean, the location is good near the center and shops. Parking included. Hotel personal was nice

In high season was very expensive and crowded, especially for parking and breakfast. It is a very big hotel with a lot of room. Some few items in the room require more maintenance, nothing very important
