The White Buffalo Club

We had a spacious suite overlooking the park (in the Miller Park building). The accommodations were great! I liked having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The decor was cute. The breakfast was really nice in the morning with lots of options. Also, the location is excellent to be able to walk to the town square and all the restaurants and shops.

This is really minor, but I wish there was room for a couple of small tables inside in the breakfast area. There are some tables outside. We took our food back to the room, but it would have been nice to eat right there.

It’s a beautiful property within easy walking distance of the main streets. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The included breakfast was a grab and go with good quality choices. However, juggling an open plate of food plus my coffee proved quite the challenge when I was trying to simultaneously open the door to the building where my room was located as well as use the room key to get into my room. There are no small tables anywhere to put your things on, so I was forced to put food and coffee on the ground while opening doors. Not exactly classy.

Everything. The location was literally minutes walk away from town centre and shops and great restaurants. Loved how much space and bonus that it had laundry, fridge, stove and dishwasher and actual wine glasses in the room. The balcony was an added touch as well. Very quiet too, I might add.

Only issue was I tried calling for in-room restaurant service when I got back from my all day tour of Yellowstone and nobody picked up to even acknowledge the phone call.

The suite was nice and location quiet - even with construction in the area. It was convenient being able to walk to restaurants and shops. (We only jumped in the car for excursions.) We appreciated the little extras provided, such as laundry and dishwasher detergents, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, face wipes, etc. We appreciated having a stackable washer and dryer in the suite - which is not always the case at other locations.

Construction vehicles made alley parking lot a little tight at times; however, we had no issues.

The suite with the full kitchen was great. Spacious, clean, great shower, comfortable bed, and a nice view of Saddleback Butte and a small park out our window. We did cook our breakfast in the room. The housekeeping did a great job on cleaning the room (good to see housekeeping happening again!). We had a fine evening sunset on the third floor deck.

Small things. We had to ask for tissues to brought to the room when we checked in and for coffee to be replenished after we had the daily housekeeping. Finding our way from the our building to the office and parking lot/garage was alway confusing because there are two stair cases in each building. The advertised third floor patio/deck is in the "main" building so you have to find it...more signage would be nice.

Our room was large with incredibly comfortable beds. The restroom was also very spacious with modern furniture. There was parking provided by the hotel and the location is close to the city center.

We were expecting a buffet breakfast, and instead there we were some small bites with no available tables for seating. Also the hotel is perhaps a little too expensive for the facilities it offers.

We were 3 couples and stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse which was perfest. It was very well appointed with everything we needed and even a private roof top hot tub.It ts centrally located downtown within a 5 minute walk to almost everyplace you would want to go in town.

$2.50 change for in room Voss water. Felt like they were charging for something that should have been complimentary.Other than that ...nothing.

A really great location, only a couple of small blocks from the main streets, and in a nice quiet area - thankfully for us the building site next door was shuttered for the holidays. So whenever you are reading this, be sure to ask whether that very large project next door is finished yet, other reviews have pointed out how loud it is. The room (we went for the slightly larger Deluxe King Suite) was a good size and would be fine even if you were encumbered with loads of ski gear etc - plenty of floor and closet space and it's always nice to have a sofa as well as the bed to throw your clothes on! Nice touch to have a washer & dryer, although wasn't necessary for our stay. The restaurant was sadly closed as it was low season, but it looks like one of the better places to eat in town with a good menu. Front desk staff were charming. Jackson's a cool town, we'll be back - when there's a bit more snow on the pistes!

Water pressure/flow in the bathroom was decidedly sub-par. You have to run around in the oversized shower just to get wet, and to fill the (oversized) tub would probably take over an hour....I kid ye not! Wife had to bathe in a few inches of water cos we just didn't have the stamina or patience to wait any longer!

The staff were very nice (Paulo was very helpful), the room was very clean, great location. Parking was available. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The breakfast could had been and little more and a little longer on weekends. The only bad part was the elevator was broken and we had to climb three flights.

Close to the square, walking distance actually. beautiful view from our suite. Room was cleaned every single day. Washer & dryer included, so we could wash all our clothes before leaving. Comfortable bed. Hotel restaurant was delicious.

Very small parking lot. Our suite door does not have a peephole or chain lock. We realized this after a drunk resident appeared at our door at 2 o’clock in the morning knocking very loudly. My husband was unable to see who it was before opening the door & shooing him off.
