Everything was great, but little things like batteries on the weight scales and remote on the bathroom could make experience even better Also, when booking for two would be nice to get two sets of complimentary robes, slippers etc. Otherwise, perfect

Not according to any Hilton standards. Staff is not properly trained, food looks delicious, but does not taste accordingly. At the meat restaurant, food quality was better, but my ribeye steak was too salty and not cooked as I had asked. After I finished my dish, it took a very long time before the waiter showed up again to clean up the table, allthough the restaurant was almost empty, so not busy at all. If you have to go to the city, the location is not adequate as it is very far away and during morning hours, it will take you up to 1 hour. I had very high expectations, but I left totally disappointed. They were even unable to serve a beer 0 which really surprised me. This hotel has still a lot to learn if it wants to compete with other hotels of the same category.

The hotel location is great, very near to ethernal city.And there is a free bus going around the silkroad to Ethernal City. if you are a runner,the location has a 5km track (1 loop).There are 2 pools,really huge pool.The breakfast is pretty great.Lots of fresh fruits,and option. The room is huge and quite.The Reception staff were amazing and very helpful.I would like to say thank you to Fotima and Jasmina.The guy in the concierge is very helpful and friendly.

very clean, great equipment and food.

Excellent room, especially bathroom and electric curtains. Staff made it - the waiters in the Lounge Bar which is 24/7 were very attentive and high quality. Some of the reception staff were very good especially Gozul and Jurabek. Doston in sky bar was great. Some staff at reception spent a lot of times on their phone rather than looking to help visitors.

It’s a little far out from main Registan but not a big issue if you have Yandex
