Almost all. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. I was amazed of the quality of this place.

My wifi was slower than I needed it to be, maybe due to really extreme weather conditions. All was trully great, just if you are from Europe and sound sensitive, beware of big families with children here. The locals are very nice, warm people, so just do not expect a super quiet place. Although it is very nice and sweet to hear the littleones play, working from room was not ideal for me. So if you travel with plans to stay in and work, you can still use the nice restaurant downstairs. The staff is omg just incredibely polite and the capuccino/ expresso is high quality. I hopen I will come and stay again. Very nice experience!

I liked everything in this hotel! LOCATION: 10/15 min from a metro station. it was a great walk plenty of stores and markets. I also loved to walk around the bazar near the metro stop. Theres a great restaurant right in front of it. ROOM: spacious and very modern. There was everything you needed in the bathroom (from shower caps to toothpaste and toothbrush, sewing kit and shaving kit). Yes mattress are very firm (but that’s everywhere in Uzbekistan). I got a very quiet room on te 4th floor and from my window I could see a very nice view of the back of the hotel. FACILITIES: they have a wonderful sauna/jacuzzi and Turkish bath downstairs! and free of charge. it was great to rest and enjoy those amenities. they are also building a swimming pool outside! it would be great when it’s finished! BREAKFAST: buffet style. They had a little bit of everything from eggs to crepes, fruit and meat. WI-FI: worked perfectly everywhere! STAFF: they were very nice and spoke English very well! they helped me with taxis and also with the train to go to Bukhara and Samarkand.

friendly and helpful staff, at the front desk everyone had a good english skills! they were even so nice that they helped us and ordered a shared taxi for the departure day so we don’t have to look for taxi ourselves in the morning.

only one thing that disappointed me a bit - we booked a massage for 2 persons. first it took an hour longer than promised for the masseur to come (but that is alright, we didn’t have any rush so that was ok). but we were told a price of the massage. than the masseur told us how much to pay for each of us - 600k s‘om, so we went to the front desk. payed the amount we were told. Later we received a call that we paid 100k/person to little. So we had to pay additional 200k. since we were in the SPA in the moment we didn’t want to have stress so we payed it. But the massage was not cheap and we were told a certain price. To put additional costs after we payed is not really an acceptable thing.

I love coming back to this place. The staff is super polite and helpful, the premises are gorgeous, breakfasts are calm. Also they speak Russian and English very well. Simply put, they have a style and level of services that makes you feel good instantly. And the coffee is yummy too. Restaurants and shops in the walking distance neighborhood, beauty salons too. Meetings can be done in Cafe Bon across the street if looking for more European style of restaurant like I did. Shopping malls are not far. The hotel is not in the immediate city center, but still the place here is busy enough, which is actually what I was looking for. To go to the center will be a short and fast ride for you, if you choose your meeting times not in the rush hours. Also having a heated floor in the bathroom was a nice bonus to discover. Overall another pleasant stay.

Beware when coming to Uzbekistan there is a local norm local habit (or a norm one can say) of behavior how to use a mobile phone when calling ( on speaker) so you can find yourself getting used to some cultural differences here. I am referring to the country and it’s culture itself here, not the property, which was for my purposes really great.

Bed was comfortable we had a good sleep. Hotel gives 1 hour free hammam or sauna. A swimming pool on ground floor.

The hotel corridor has bad smell, we had to open the room window as the ac ventilates the bad smell into our room. Hotel has spa facility but price for men and women are very different which staff couldn’t give explanations

One of the best hotel, nice and friendly workers, they also take feedback really seriously. Usmor and Valisher check me in with a free upgrade of the room. Sauna is amazing, private jacuzzi too. And nice gym. In general I really enjoy staying here since they are super friendly.

Poor wifi, really bad especially on the 5th floor of the corner of this building. Gym equipment is ok but it has no pulling machine yet. The location of this hotel is a bit far.

Staff is very friendly, facility's is nice, modern, new hotel.

When we arrived , the staff was sitting in reception they upgraded us ( well its nice from them),but the room was not ready and we need to wait till housekeeping staff will clean it , but unfortunately housekeeping didn't change the bedsheets, so we need to call them and tell them again to do it infront of us. Only that moment disappointed us.

+ Spacious room and bathroom + Comfortable bed + Very good breakfast. And you will fall in love with the furniture in the breakfast area. + Staff speaks multiple languages Can't say anything about the location. The taxi service is so cheap in Tashkent that the location doesn't really matter. There's a grocery store and a restaurant across the street.

Wonderful experience! the staff were extremely kind and helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to use the spa but it looked very nice. breakfast was a delicious spread of cooked food, fruits, nuts. we loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent!

Cleanliness & comfortable rooms

When booking I was told that I would only pay $63.75 (inclusive of VAT), while I had to pay $69. There should not be a difference what we are told will be the price when we book and what we actually pay at the property.
