Excellent - and quiet - location just a few minutes from the beach and the main drag of this part of town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large and well designed rooms. All very well organised (though maybe some signs needed to guide how to share the washing machine would be helpful). Very good value for money. Would definitely come back.

The rooms are great - with narrow but usable balconies - but don't expect views with each room.

Very nice apartment for long stays. Internet was fast enough (60-80Mbps), although not always that stable. Kitchen has enough to do some basic cooking. Friendly people and close to the beach.

Nitpick, but "Mountain view" definitely isn't really worth defining a room by. You can barely see a mountain anymore through all the buildings in the distance :D

The room was huge and clean, although the balcony was too tight to be considered one. Located in a narrow alley dotted with mom and pop convenience stores and tiny restaurants. (The vegetarian "restaurant" across the road serves excellent food and is open early for a viable breakfast option.) There are many convenience stores and restaurants just a few minutes away, but don't expect the same offerings as you would downtown Da Nang. (Convenience stores cater primarily to tourists, and are stocked accordingly.) The beach is just a skip and a hop from the hotel, as well. There is laundry available on the roof deck, and clotheslines as the dryer seemed broken during our stay. Not much else on offer other than a huge clean room with some amenities, but at an incredible bargain.

The kitchen did come with a limited supply of dishes and cutlery, but nowhere that you could dry them after washing. The WiFi was a little wonky, as well.

Very comfortable apartment with a great location. It's situated in a quiet side street so we had no street noise at night, but it's only a few blocks walk to the beach and busier areas. We appreciated having complimentary access to the communal washing and drying machines for laundry. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment we were in looked exactly like the Booking.com photos. The staff were very welcoming and kind.

Stayed at Casa Rosa in November and it exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Thanks to Camila, Ruby and Mr. Phuoc. The location was ideal. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, service, and style. Will definitely return!

The friendliness and helpfulness. Very comfy bed, upfraded us for more space, for free! Helped with the internet. They even offered to keep a bag for us for free. They cleaned everything we asked them to.

This place was amazing. Such good value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is located on a quiet street a few minutes walking from the beach and about 15mins walking from the popular restaurant area. Excellent wifi, charming and stylish rooms with really pretty and well stocked bathrooms. Perfect for short and long stays as rooms also have kitchenette’s.

Nice bathroom, quite clean, overall a nice stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful, very nice people.

It was not soundproof, a bit noisy, you can hear everything what happens on the building. Also it could be a bit more cleaner (there were stains on sheets). No view. Not really good value for money.

Everything about this property was top notch, right from the location to the service. Located in a quiet locality yet so close to the beach. We spent three nights here and we loved the experience, they have all the amenities you need plus the kitchen. You can cook your own food if you want, all the utensils are there. The host were really nice and kind. I will highly recommend other to stay here if you are looking a good budgeted stay near the beach area.

Big room and clean. Even offer free wash machine. It was very helpful while traveling. The location is well, near by has lots of good Spa and local restaurants. And go to the beach only few minutes walk.

The mortocycle some of then are quiet old. But the hotel offers good price for rent. Need to be careful to check which one fit you to drive. Our first day that motorcycle was three times stoped on the big street, it was very dangerous.
