clean rooms, nice and helpful staff

the location show on booking.com doesn't correspond with the real one. the hotel is not as close to the beach as it may seem

This is one of the best hotels in Da Nang that I have ever been to, especially the receptionist is super cute, enthusiastic, never lacking greetings or smiles with guests. In addition, the restaurant food is delicious, the 15th floor swimming pool has a beautiful view, cool wind, chill chill. The male bellman is also very enthusiastic in helping me carry my luggage, as well as showing me the room. My room is always prepared neatly, clean, the tip is worth it. Next to the hotel, there is a supermarket where you can buy everything, just 3 minutes to the beach. The beach is also wonderful. We were supported to upgrade the room for free. Everything is great. I will come back here and recommend it to my friends.

My boyfriend and I booked a room for 2 nights and didn't expect anything. But when we just arrived the hotel is over my expectations with the reasonable price. Staffs are so friendly and enthusiastically, they recommended to me a lot of places that only local people know. One of the best part I love is the breakfast there, I didn't think with that price I can get an fancy breakfast everyday like that (for me that is fancy like a buffet). They have noodles soups, sandwiches and fruits. The location is perfect which is 5mins to walk to the breach. Highly for couples for groups or family. I'll definitely comeback soon. Katherine

The location is very near to the beach and they have motorbikes for rent. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was good, food can be better.

The room was not ready for us for our party of three. They only have towels, toothbrushes, slippers and pillows for 2 people. They asked us to check for ourselves whether there was anything missing and to inform them within 20 minutes, otherwise they will charge us as extras. Also, they said they didn't have the 3rd slippers until the next morning. There was no shower stall nor shower curtain to prevent the water from the shower to spread all the way to the toilet and the wash basin area. The whole bathroom became wet and slippery I almost fell.

The staff were great, rooms are spacious and clean. We got a connecting room for our family of 6 and it was very comfortable. We initially were going to stay 3 nights, but stayed 5! Enjoyed being few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, kids loved the pho and range of fruits! Staff arranged transfers and tickets to Sunworld which made things easier. We would definitely return.

The only thing was the pool was closed during our stay. But we made use of beach instead.

The room is beautiful and clean, the staff is super lovely and always willing to help, especially the chef always made breakfast according to my special request with enthusiasm. The location is great, there is everything I need: ATM, supermarket, bar, restaurant, specialties, gas station, cafe shop, My Khe beach... When we checked in, our room was short of towels, I called the reception to help and they happily prepared towels for us even though it was late. We loved everything here.

We were welcomed with a beautiful smile and made to feel like valued guests. Lani was extremely helpful and took note of some dietary requests and made sure to communicate this to the kitchen staff which is the best service I think we have had in Vietnam. The room was spotless and super comfortable. Breakfasts had lots of options I loved the warmth of all the staff here and would definately return. Keep doing what your doing

Everything was great

Booked a 2-bed room which was quite spacious and the 2 beds were comfortable, no back pain like other hotels I have been to, for 2 people and a child it was very comfortable, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic, the staff at the restaurant were very dedicated and attentive, the receptionist in the lobby was cheerful and cute and the security guards Tony and David were also attentive. Very satisfied with this trip and the hotel service 🥰

The location of the hotel is just awesome. The staff was very polite and helpful.

On our first day, unfortunately, a limited breakfast with very limited options was offered to us instead of a buffet, which was a bit surprising. On our second day, there were very limited options available for vegetarians, like fruits, raw veggies, bread, and jam. Breakfast needs more options for vegetarians.

Friendly staff, clean room, near a convenient store, and many restaurants and cafe shops nearby, also have information about tours in danang.

I feel that the floor in the bathroom took a little longer to dry compared to the one I stayed before, but overall a very well designed bathroom.
