It was in a good location in the staff was excellent and took good care of me. Also, all the staff spoke good English, which made it easier for communication because I do not know how to speak Vietnamese.

The room was small, but that was my own fault. It indicated the size in the booking ad. I just blew by it, but I was there for three weeks and I made out just fine.

The place is located in a small alley downtown, accessible to all the shops and restaurants in old quarter. The hotel staff were super friendly, especially the two young ladies (unfortunately I did not note down their names). They were very kind and helpful with everything. My room was small but has all the essentials. The design is basic and good. Quite a decent deal as a whole package! Overall, it was a positive experience. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently near Ho Guom Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and many street food restaurants. I had a diverse array of dining options while staying there. My superior room is small, but it's still quite convenient and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I noticed the old well by the hotel entrance, and I hoped they would decorate it with lanterns to make it special and unique, just like the online pictures. Every morning, the charming bird songs from the neighborhood added a delightful touch to the experience.

Finding the hotel can be challenging using the provided address, as it is tucked away deep within an alley off the main street, which is a one-way road. To make it easier, I would suggest informing the taxi driver to head towards 16 Hang Manh, instead of relying on the hotel's exact address. From this point, it's just a short walk to reach the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice room, amazing location. They even organise tours, we went to Ninh Binh and it was really nice! Also, they have laundry service and they would give you back the clothes the same day! Nice service! At the beginning we booked for 4 nights and once back from Halong bay we were supposed to go to another hotel. But since this is so nice we cancelled the other one and came back here!

Just the bed is a bit hard, but I can see it’s a bit everywhere here in Vietnam.

Very nice hotel in central location. Hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful. Ms Jessie arranged all our trips to Ha Long and Ninh Binh. We could leave our luggage when we are waiting for the bus. The hotel is clean. We got a room on 5th floor so it was quiet. The rooms is small, but has all you need. Great value for money. The room was cleaned everyday.

Very welcoming and genuinely friendly staff :) Good WiFi (streamed youtube/tv with only rare loss of signal). Excellent air conditioning. Good central location for Hanoi old town. Praceful and quiet on high floors. Quality comfortable rooms.

On lower floors caged song birds near street level could give you early morning alarm call noise

This hotel is situated in a very interesting alley with a market, street food restaurants and a small temple. During the night it is as calm there as it gets in Hanoi I guess but the market starts early so as always I recommend earplugs (windows don’t isolate noise). Shower with door (it is unusual in low price places. Not necessary but nice to have) The staff here is very friendly and will help with booking busses/tours and you can also have your clothes washed. It’s a popular hotel it seems so you cannot book last minute. Maybe the best hotel for the price you can get in the old quarter.

Very clean place, at the center of Hanoi, walking distance from bus station, train and shops. The staff were very kind and friendly. We booked for a 2nd day, but we requested to cancel and they refunded 100%. Will surely go back.
