the staff was very helpful. At arrival we received a welcome drink and a snack. The room was very clean and looked really nice. Furthermore the shower had hot water and good water pressure

The reviews about the construction work next to the building are true. We experienced a lot of noise nuisance during the night.

Friendly staff, great location, exactly what it says on the tin. Clean room, shower & toilet. Not sure what everyone’s problem is because what you see is what you get for the price. We stayed here 3 nights. No issues, reception lady was so kind and friendly. If you want 5 accommodation star then you need to pay for 5 star? It’s £10 a night - bargain. The only problem is other guests being noisy and having volume control problems but that’s not the hotel problem - the receptionist still apologised on behalf of them.

The stay at ambassador hotel was such an exceptional one. After some very rough days I was warmly welcomed by Mrs Mai. Whenever we met she asked about my wellbeing. No matter I had she and Mr Lee did their best to help me. I got fresh towels every day and they made up my room. I guess there is barely a wish they can't help you with. It was my very last stay in Hanoi and I do feel so happy, that is was at this wonderful place, run by lovely people. When you are in between, just stop scrolling and do book a room here. Then forget all your troubles and look forward to your stay. There won't be a better place you can find! Thank you so much, Mrs Mai and Mr Lee. You were just there right on time for me! All the best to you and hopefully see you soon! And to mention: the bed was giant and I had several fluffy and fresh pillows and it was soft and certainly the most comfortable bed I came across Viet Nam. Very clean place... You see: the list could go on and on....

1. Cares for you - started from the moment you confirm the booking. Ms Mai will ask about your needs from airport transfer to day trips, filling any gaps you may have overlooked. 2. Superb English - from email to face to face conversations, it was clear and smooth without awkward google translate. Feel free to converse fully in English. 3. Patiently explains the day trip options so you can make your own best decision. After that, she helped me book my sleeper train tickets to Sapa and arrange a transfer. Saved me the hassle of securing transport separately. 4. Comfortable bed and clean room - Was able to replenish my sleep debt from past few days in Vietnam. Construction only happened in one of the two nights I’m here. On the night with construction, the noise is minimal, probably comparable to tv which I could totally sleep in. 5. If you read till here - Just go ahead to book. You will make a right choice.

We arrived to the hotel at 1am and the staff were there waiting for us for check in. Thank you for staying up that late and arranging transport from the airport. We stayed there for 2 nights and extended 1 more night because my husband got food poisoning. Miss Mai were very kind she arranged our bus transport to Cat ba and gave some warm rice for my husband to recover. We really appreciated our stay and will be back ! Location is great Rooms are clean and quiet Staff is super kind

The location is perfect for a quick stroll to any of destinations in the old quarter. Hotel staff is super nice, supportive and helpful. He helped us rent a motorcycles and carry heavy luggages.

My twin room just has a little window, which is the cons for me as natural light will always be the best. But this information has already stated along the communication between me and the hotel beforehand as well as can see in the photos. A thing that I don’t like but also like thanks to their customer care is, since the hotel just reopened again after the pandemic, there were some issues with the hot and cold water system on the first night. The hotel did apologized and gave us discount on our stay.

The place was classy, neat, clean and close to all of the necessities to exploring Hanoi. We had a warm welcome by Ms. Mai who was extremely helpful throughout the whole stay, offering suggestions for travel as well as asking us daily if our stay was going well. Mai was very proactive in her approach to ensuring we had the best stay possible and that’s exactly what we experienced. Thank you so much Mai cảm ơn 🙏🏽

I really enjoyed the staff the most. The hotel manager was awesome and helped us so much. Mai the tour manager is very helpful too. Just beware, she is not giving you the best price and will try to sell you things. Im sure she gets commission. There are better prices out there, but it is convenient to have her book the stuff for ya.
