We booked our stay an hour before we arrived to the hotel. The service was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and a special shout out to Anna for organising our tours to halong bay and ninh binh. We stayed here for 3 nights and everyday our room was cleaned and felt so good to walk back in to. Also, the breakfast was really good! A lot of options and very good location - atm is right next door and everything is within a walking distance.

During my recent stay at the Grande Collection Hotel & Spa in Hanoi with my wife, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a bigger room with a window, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel's location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

This was our second time staying at the Grande Collection Hotel & Spa. The team very kindly let us leave our bags with them whilst we visited Bai Tu Long Bay, which was a huge help, and very kind of them. On arrival, they immediately knew who we were and had checked us in to a lovely big room. The room was beautifully decorated, as they all seem to be, this time with a gorgeous deep green. The bed was equally as comfortable and we had an amazing nights sleep. The shower was fantastically warm, no waiting time for the hot water as you often get in Vietnam, and I must say, the acoustics in the bathroom are very good. So if you’re belting out the new Wicked soundtrack, this is the hotel to choose. We had a very early departure in the morning but the team very kindly sorted us out with a breakfast box each to take with us, which we gladly enjoyed before checking into our flight to come home. I cannot recommend this hotel more, brilliant location, fantastic rooms and the staff are exceptional; we will be back!

The only minor I could think of was that, as you might expect from a hotel in the Old Quarter, the noise from the street was quite loud until the early hours. Appreciate there isn’t much the hotel can’t do much about the noise, but some double glazing might be a good shout at some point.

The receptionist at hotel and all staff of Grade collection hotel and Spa were highly professional and cooperative. All they welcomed with great smiles. Breakfast verities and test so great that we never felt like we should not try the dish. My daughter used to take hot milk and staff immediately provided. They provided us pure veg food as per our requirements, however we only taken breakfast but seeing verities in breakfast I can assure you that definitely Lunch and dinner would also be testy. The location of the hotel is in old quarters and all the markets, Indian restaurants and pick up for Halong Bay or Ninh Binh also from old quarters only, therefore our pick was from our hotel itself. I recommend to all go for this property without any second thought. Even I requested for early check in and breakfast, hotel arranged same for us on extra payment. All flights generally from India lands in early morning around 0700 am and hotel check in all Vietnam is from 1400 Hrs only, therefore I suggest please request early check in advance on extra payment else you have to wait for check in time. Hotel also provides common toilets facilities to use in case you didn’t request early check in. I want to give 10 out 10 points for the all staffs of Grande collection hotel and Spa.

Grande Collection was a very good stay for 3 of us. The location is in the heart of the old quarter which is very walkable and easy to find. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - providing us with breakfast takeaway boxes for 2 days since we had early starts. The hotel breakfast provided was very good and extensive. The room size was good and the beds were comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone in Hanoi!

We stayed in the indoor window room and the lighting was not good. Although there were plenty of lights included in the room, the dark green room colour made the room very dim. The bathroom door was difficult to lock. The water bottles provided are only half size and we would've preferred full size bottles.

Our stay with Grande Collection Hotel & Spa was fantastic. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderful. The staff was very warm and welcoming as well as helpful in coordinating various services upon our request, including an airport transfer and laundry. Location was close to a lot of great local restaurants and bia hoi spots. The breakfast had a good spread of hot and cold food/beverage options. We also made use of the hotel’s bar and had great conversations with the staff while enjoying drinks! Other bonuses are having both a reliable ATM and a great egg coffee shop right across the street (you have to order a pink salt coffee - the best coffee you will ever have, guaranteed).

Everything. The room, very clean, The food, The spa but the best was The staff and the treatment. They make you feel at home, take car of all the details. Anna was impressive, she help us book all The excursions in Sapa, Ninh Bihn, HaLong Bay, Motorbike and food tour in Hanoi. She was always check in everything was organize, even before with arrived in Vietnam. Offering the best option and best prices. Sending messages to make sure with had everything need it. She booked and organize it all, taking care of all the small details. Thien was also amazing taking care of us at the bar, offering directions and help. Everyone always had a smile on their face, ready to help. This is definitely the place you need to book and stay at for a stress free and feeling at home holidays if you go ti Vietnam.

Great location, the hotel is pretty and team is really nice. The only problem is that the rooms are not sound-proofed at all, it was very very noisy, we could hear the waterpipes rumbling in the wall behind our heads, but above all, customers were rude, some people were yelling until the middle of the night, taking video-calls right before our door, kids running and screaming early in the morning. It's a shame for the hotel is a beautiful place and people working there are great. But if you're looking for some rest, it's not the right place to stay.

Nice place just in the central street where you can just walk and find everything what you need. Clean, comfy and beddings was really good. Had a nice sleep.

Just 1 problem - we came for breakfast at 6:30am (it’s official time when breakfast should start) and at the end we been waiting until 7am, only at 7 they bring all food and drinks) but our taxi to airport was at 7am and it was not so nice that we couldn’t have a calm and slow breakfast, Please for the future change the breakfast time or be ready serve food at 6:30

The finish on the property is beautiful, I adore the inky green colour on the walls and the bed was wonderful. The shower was also one of the best we had in three weeks travelling Vietnam; instantly hot and loads of hot water, it was actually too hot at one point 😂 the staff were so helpful when our flight kept getting delayed and even the poor night porter, who we had to wake up at nearly 2am, was friendly and explained everything perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t turn off, but that could have been user error as we were both exceptionally tired 😅 the breakfast space smelt incredibly strongly of pepper which was overwhelming at first
