the rooms where tidy and good sized for what I needed.

breakfast was very basic and most of the food was cold. we trusted the staff to organise some tours but many things we requested weren’t done and didn’t find out till we started. very disappointing and will know next time to organise them our selves. we wanted to use the sauna but realised you had to pay for it. bit of a let down, and last out room has a window to the hallway where a light constantly shines in. the blind they have Installed doesn’t cover it. very disturbing

This hotel was an exceptional find - not only was the location incredible, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Thanks to Richie for a complimentary upgrade to the executive suite, we were able to enjoy a massive private balcony overlooking the magnificent streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter! The hotel also works as a travel agency and we booked a wonderful tour with them for a great price. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night :) Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

They moved us to another hotel which still links to this one. (BERYL PALACE - 173 P. Hàng Bông, Hàng Bông, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội, Vietnam) , I will just leave review for that one. They have super friendly and helpful front desk staffs! They always ready to assist us , from getting our transport sorted to other things. Superb location! we can easily get our coffee , snacks , souvenirs until $$ exchange within 5 - 10 minutes walk. We got this huge balcony with couple of chairs to sit on to enjoy the sunset. :)

It was a bit confusing in terms of breakfast. When we first booked this accommodation , it said we will get free breakfast , however when they moved us to Beryl Palace , we didn't get one. I think it just misunderstanding. There're some spots on their bathroom blinder, maybe the housekeeper missed it.

sir Richie was very approachable & accommodating us. He is a big help when ever I need guide where to travel around Hanoi.

The hidden charges like 3 % if you paid in card. and when they transfer us in different hotel sister company.

Fantastic location and the staff very good. A special mention of Mr Richie who is an expert on travel in Vietnam. He booked my rail ticket to Sapa, so helpful. The hotel is in a prime location in the old quarter. The room was nice and clean and was good value. I only stayed one night but I plan to return later. Would recommend highly.

We stay in Beryl Palace so I don't have an opinion for le beryl hanoi hotel . Beryl palace is good hotel but for sure no for 4 stars .

I liked the central location in Old Quarter, close to most major attractions and cute cafes and restaurants.

Beds were a bit hard and I’d prefer if it was just a shower, not a fan of bath showers.. the shower head was a bit low for me.

The opinion is about Beryl Palace. The staff was very helpful. We bought there excursions. The breakfast were delicious. Location-perfect. Rooms comfortable and quiet.

a bit expensive for what you're getting. my bed had random holes in the sheets and an ink stain. there's just as good for cheaper
