I stayed at 22 Land Residence hotel for a day. The hotel had arranged a driver to collect me from the airport and the car was waiting at the collection point and transferred me to the hotel where I was greeted, assisted with my bags before being shown me to my room and offered some guidance about the hotel and its facilities. All of the team work seamlessly, but I would particularly like to thank Ming Shu from guest services team who was always ready to help and offer assistance with ideas about things to do and see, and nothing was ever any trouble. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable. On departure, the car was on time to the minute and I made it to the airport on schedule. If you’re looking for somewhere centrally located ij the old city in Hanoi, I recommend staying at 22 Land Residence hotel . 10/10.

22 Land Residence Hotel is one of the famous hotel in Ha Noi. Here you can fully enjoy the comfort and convenience during your stay. The hotel has a convenient geographical location for moving to the airport and commercial centers. The rooms are beautifully designed and refined. Each room has basic equipment such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer, … The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. Hopefully, i will come back soon for my next trip.

First of all the location is just perfect . everything nearby but what stood out to us was the value for money . this was the best hotel we stayed and the cheapest too in our 6 days stay in Hanoi . I initially booked for 2 days but ended up staying for 2 extra nights . everyday the house keeping was done and in a very well manner . they have a big bottle of water in the lobby so we could fill our bottles without any extra charge after finishing our daily entitlement . also very peaceful once u enter the rooms , we had a room without windows and my moms room had windows , both were spacious and beautiful.

like other properties this hotel too charges 3% extra for card payments but it’s with every hotel in Hanoi .

we stayed at 4 different hotels in Hanoi and I have to say this one was the best price for its value. room was very spacious and clean, comfy beds, big bathroom and quiet despite it being central. it checked all the boxes! I was a bit nervous as I read some of the reviews saying no hot water and it being run down but the room was in perfect shape and the water was hot (you just need to wait 1 minute). would come here again!

the location was good

we got to the hotel early morning. and we really want to do an early check in. they were kind to let us stay in a room to take a shower and sleep for a bit. and then they moved us to our room. when we check out the next day they told us the early check in cost more than half of what the actual room costs. we just didn’t liked that they weren’t upfront with us and didn’t tell us the early check in cost so much.

This is a tiny but cozy hotel which is located in the very centre of town,in the Old Quarter near Bia Hoi and other streets with bars and cafes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both check in and check out were seamless and quick. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable. Overall, an excellent place and a great value for money. Highly recommended.

we stay in the suite on the 4 floor and I totally recommend as it’s has isolated double window and you can’t hear anything off the street. people were so helpful and nice. we also did a late check out and no problem at all. so I do recomend this place. cheaper rooms has no windows so I recomend book the suite or family room is the best.

Perfect location. Room is in good condition with all needed amenities, spacious space but there is no window in superior room. Of course the price is cheapest for this type of room but just to be mindful of it. Staffs are generally good but not greatly friendly.

- The pillow is way too thick and it is really not good for the neck - The elevator is on the second floor which mean it is not convenient at all if you have heavy suitcases

My room was on the 7th floor, hence I could hear footsteps and the laundry machine past midnight. It was a non-smoking room, but the toilet and bath smelt like the previous guest smoked heavily there.
