Best hotel in Saigon. Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, very nice restaurant and bar. Wonderful breakfast buffet and a la carte dishes and the best part was able to enjoy the local street food at a comfortable venue.

The desk in the room, with its horizontal wood barrier at foot level was very uncomfortable. The expectations you set about the breakfast did not hold. It was standard and ok but nothing special. So we used it only once.

I was surprised by the luxurious feel of the hotel. Everyone was friendly and professional. The photo of the exterior of the building did not do justice to how the inside looks like. It was like an oasis in the middle of the chaos of hcm city. The room was quiet and the gym is open for 24h! All kept clean and neat. We were provided with daily fruit in our room.

The air conditioning could be better as it wasn’t as cold as expected. We need to turn the fan on along with the ac.

The housekeeping is not really good ! We didn’t get fresh towels at night and on the last day we paid late check out and we didn’t have neither towels neither shower gel , On a hotel like to his it is not acceptable that they cherga half of the amount of the rate and then they don’t give you neither towels neither amenities on the room

We loved Park Saigon. Great location. Beautiful rooms. Gorgeous entrance with stunning flowers. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Fabulous Buffet breakfast with lots of options.

The pool area was a little tired, including the pool bathrooms just didn’t feel as Liz as the rest of the hotel.

The attention to detail from the outstanding service and food preparation to the decor. Loved all of the artwork and enjoyed the “old world” atmosphere that was achieved while incorporating all of the modern technologies and amenities. The fitness center was the most complete of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Can’t think of anything. Everything was perfect.

From the moment we arrived everything was gold standard- the food the facilities the staff and the attention to detail. if you’re not satisfied with this hotel I feel that nothing would satisfy you.

very central, room facilities were clean and free water was plentiful. nice pool and a good breakfast. great concierge, door and service teams.

some staff not particularly attentive, one evening meal experience in the Opera lounge was not good in terms of service despite it not being full.

The exceptional service by all staff, particularly Lan the concierge, who helped me organise my proposal to my now fiance. Also the room and facilities are of a presidential, high end and luxurious French colonial standard. Our suite, furniture, fitting and bathroom were all divine.
