Beach close by is not good for swimming, walking

the food needs to be hot not warm as all the items were that way. the quality of food and choice was perfect. come on chef check it regular

Clean and comfortable room in a quieter location just outside Hoi An. Staff were wonderful. The buffet breakfast (100k per person each day) is very affordable and caters well to vegetarians and vegans on request. The spa on site is wonderful.

There is a free shuttle service to Hoi An, but it only operates Friday, Saturday, Sunday meaning you will pay more for Grabs/taxis staying at this location during the week. There is not much to do here if you want a beach vacation and it rains but that’s not the hotel’s fault. This is a good property for relaxation and retreat from honking horns and fast paced towns nearby.

The size and cleanliness of the room, I was turning the maids away they were that on frequent. The staff went above and beyond to make me welcome and comfortable - as I was travelling alone (and pregnant) I could see they were a little concerned so would check in on me to make sure I was ok and arrange additional supports. The spa treatment was also perfectly priced and my masseuse was phenomenal. Super close to private beach and good beach service and food.

The WiFi started to drop out after 9pm and before 7am. Because there was limited guests in the hotel breakfast was a very limited set menu - that didn’t meet any needs so I ate out.

Great value for money. It’s a small hotel with everything that you need. Breakfast is good, staff is amazing, we had some requests during our stay which were fulfilled immediately. The private beach is within a restaurant that has great food and great staff too. The restaurant next door Old man is also amazing. Our kids loved the small bus that rides to the Hoi An center on the weekends at no charge. The spa (massages) is amazing, the best massages we had in years. Also, reasonable prices for laundry washing.

We had two rooms and one room had a really bad smell of mold, as it lasted for a few days, we requested a room change which they approved the next day. There are some things what could be improved, really small ones that could make a big difference, but overall a great experience for our 10-day trip.

We loved that the minute we walked in at 10.30pm, we were welcomed with a great big smile by the receptionist Lana who was on night duty at that time. She also gave us a download on the tourist attractions, things to do places to eat. Cycles are available for guests to use and roam around the city, the beach is walking distance .

we stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast on the 1st 3 days was exactly the same. this could be shuffled to have something different on every day especially for those guests who stay for more than 2 days.

The beds at Ally Beach Boutique were easily the most comfortable beds throughout our adventure through Vietnam! Very conveniently located close to old town with a Grab, and a private beach nearby. Staff were so lovely and kind, assisting me with many recommendations and even reheated some takeaway food we’d brought back after a big day out. Even the staff next door were the friendliest people imaginable!

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. 10/10 highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Ally Beach. It was low season, so the area was very quiet. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we had a bath as well. The airconditioning was quiet and effective. The ocean view from the 4th floor did include trees and powerlines but we could still see the ocean. Across the road, there are some nice places to eat. You can lay on a louger at the beach and order food and drinks. We liked Hon restaurant the best. The hotel has a partnership with one of the restaurants and you can get a lounger and a towel as a guest if the hotel. The pool was nice and it was actually cooler than a warm bath. Most pools here are very warm due to the heat, but this pool had afternoon shade which was welcome. The reception staff were very friendly and we were able to communicate easily with them. There a free bikes to use. We didn't ride them so can't comment on their quality. Location is easy for Grab drivers to find. It's about 15 min to the old town. We extended our stay as we were enjoying the hotel and beach.

Our booking included a buffet breakfast. We had it the first morning and we enjoyed it. After that, the buffet was replaced by a set menu. It was okay but not the same as a buffet but we understand that due to not having many guests, it was not worth doing the full buffet. The rooms come with balconies but there's no chair to sit on and enjoy the view. The balconies are quite small.

The room was big enough and it also has a terrace fronting the street and beach. Though, you can't clearly see the seashore due to the trees across the road. It's still a few minutes walk to the beach where restaurants are. It's also not a busy Street so there's not much noise. The pool was also unexpectedly inviting and there was nice bossa nova music that time. If you're fortunate to be there on a good weather, the air at night is so good for you to hang around the pool. The staff were also quick to fix a problem as the safety deposit box was locked and someone looked into it immediately. I'd highly recommend this hotel. It's value for money. It's also around 10 minutes walk from the airport van pickup /drop off.

It just took a bit longer during check checkout including the physical checking of the room. Not sure if there was some system problem too.

A huge bed and a clean bathroom, breakfast was 100k each and although the same every day it was good with eggs cooked to your liking, Asian and western options. Free bikes available to explore the area, the private beach is a 5’ walk to the right, beach towels available at reception. Staff was very nice.

The free airport transfer for 3 night stay is no longer available so keep that in mind and don’t believe the picture on Booking.
