Rooms were clean, good location to the beach.

Fridge wasn’t working in room, the room I was staying in the mattress needs changing out.

This hotel was also excellently located so close to Cua Dai beach, away from the hustle and bustle, so it was extremely relaxing. The wonderful staff who were so kind and helpful really made our stay very memorable, and at the time I booked it was amazing value for money. Air conditioning is important in Vietnam, and the room we stayed in had excellent air conditioning. Right next door is also a wonderful place where you can eat some excellent food (Bao Han) and get your clothes washed.

Its hard to fault our stay here, some people might not be used to not having a shower curtain, so the water can get on the bathroom floor, but it dries up fast enough, so it’s not really a big deal.

The location of the Sea and sand hotel is unbeatable if you want a quieter location than the old town. With only a 2 minute walk to the Cua Dai beach and many restaurants within walking distance. The room was very tidy and spacious and even included a balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the included breakfast was fantastic.

The only issue I had was with the shower. it seemed that the water took a long time to heat up (although this is a small price to pay for such an amazing stay).

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff was so helpful and always super friendly. Linh is an amazing lady and was such a nice happy face to see in the morning and at check in The pool is a nice big size and it's really not very busy during the day. Right down the road from the beach. Restaurants all around. Massage salons nearby. Pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are very clean. Brand new towels it seemed in every room. Bed was so comfortable and sheets ware fluffy and nice. Free breakfast in the morning was very good and several options to choose from. Really for the price I paid I couldn't believe how nice it was. Believe it or not even nicer in person then the photos show. Hot water for baths was nice. And private balcony in every room 10/10 stars Would recommend. Quality hotel offering reduced prices at the moment, the young receptionist (Ha I believe her name is) is exceptional and represents the hotel at a level far above expectations, well done young lady! The bed was a quality box spring mattress and lovely pillows, good sleep, good soundproofing, clean, hot bath.

The only negative that left a slight sour taste was the very friendly night security guard who showed me where to park my motorcycle the night before in the morning had manhandled/dragged my bike outside the gate, to the extent that there was a large black skidmark showing the path he took. I don't feel he should treat someone's personal vehicle/property in that way. I would have happily moved it if asked

Very comfortable, very clean, staff very friendly and quite intensely eager to help, location nice and quiet by Cua Dai beach. Rooms were big, with a large bathroom, great TV and balcony. Incredible price for the quality of the room. Best night sleep in Hoi An

Breakfast is simple but nice. The belongs to the hotel next door (very nice pool) and the private beach is more of a river view. Shower was a bit tricky to use, maybe a shower curtain would be a nice addition.

My first time here , love this little hotel. Set on a side side street, Beach, restaurants, marts and spas all within a 5 minute walk. I stayed in the room very clean and airy in feel, All staff friendly, smiling and helpful, especially Phuong and Hang at reception, always making conversation, keen on how my day was. Helpful in giving pointers on how to make the most of my time in Hoian. breakfast was good for me to start the day. All in all, a great stay, excellent value hotel. Definitely number 1 on my list when I return to Hoian. Thank you!!!

We loved this hotel. The location is fantastic. 5 minutes from beach and 10 minutes scooter ride to the wonderful colourful town. Trang who works here is an amazing person. She is helpful. Knowledgeable and so very kind. Anything u need she is able to organise quickly and happily. We are sad to leave trang and this hotel. Our stay has been perfect. We will definitely return to beautiful Hoi An and this hotel . Thank you Trang !!!

Nothing it was perfect

clean place, soft and nice beds, clean and well equipped bathroom, nice tv. But the best, the ladies at the front desk, especially Wendy, she’s a Gem, taking good care of us, arranging many things for us (parcel at the post office, bud transportation, renting) Thank you for making this stay really enjoyable (we were supposed to stay 1-2 nights, we end up spending 5 nights there)
