Although just a 4-star hotel, like other Wyndham accommodations, the facilities and services prove to be of 5-star quality. The room is well designed and always kept nice and clean. All staff are helpful and friendly. The best thing to me though is the location. It's a 2 minute walk to Cua Dai beach which is beautiful and not overcrowded. The water is clear like the swimming pool, you can even see fish. Easily one of the best beaches in Vietnam. Also, there is a lovely restaurant right in front of the hotel (Hai Ho Minimart and Restaurant). They serve a variety of Vietnamese and Western food for very reasonable price.

Breakfast could definitely improve in variety and quality. Everything tastes fine but not particularly good.

There is a party place next the hotel, we can hear the music until very late everyday. The hotel sold us a private day tour to Hue (car and guide included), but the driver did not speak English and didn't guide us at all, furthermore he tried to tell us to leave early because he wanted to finish work, so we paid very expensive for an mediocre experience.

Just a fantastic boutique beachside resort in Cua Dai Beach. The restaurant food is a great value and ate here several times during my 4 day stay. Rode the hotel bicycle for my daily morning exercise to the open market to buy some fruit and then headed back to the hotel to have my coffee outside at the pool bar. The spa is so clean and tried the hot bamboo body massage for the first time, recommend this one. The staff were super friendly and booked this hotel for my next visit in March 2023. It was a really good deal for the room rate for what you receive in a 5 star resort experience in Cua Dai Beach, which is the new Hawaii of South East Asia. Cham Island boat tour and My Son Sanctuary are a must see and just less than 30 KM from the hotel for full day or half day tour.…

Such a special place and SUPER LOVELY people! It warms my heart thinking back on my stay- the sincere and generous care I felt from everyone there. Hoi An is not intense like Hanoi but it was still nice to be just outside town- very quick/cheap taxi ride into the center or a bike/taxi to An Bang beach. Food at the restaurant was great, breakfast was really good. My room was super comfortable. It's the care of the staff that makes this place shine. Lucy would be an absolute star at any hotel, anywhere in the world. I wanted to put her in my suitcase and take her everywhere- I wish she was the GM at hotel where I stay regularly for work in Switzerland. I would definitely recommend Wyndham Garden to friends and I hope to stay there again. Wishing them all the best fortune. Thank you for your care!

The hotel is located near the beach and although far from the old town the location has its own benefits. Quiet with an amazing view of the sea. Super supportive staff - they gave us an exceptional room, facing the sea on the top floor. The front desk, restaurant staff and everyone was super helpful. They arranged for rental bikes to be delivered at the hotel amd helped us with our travel. The manager (I thinkhis name was steve) printed out a copy of the enlarged map and showed us the best ways to reach old town and where we could park our bike. Amazing food - especially loved the local cuisines suggested by them and the tasty desserts. Great value for money - everything was provided at a very reasonable rate. The food, taxi & laundry. To sum up it is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff if you want to stay a little away from the old town.

Nothing at all. Just a small suggestion that the hotel needs slight maintenance. For example the bathtub had small cracks which requires some attention.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful, they really go above & Beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Our suite room was spacious & nicely appointed, great breakfast buffet and nice to have a pool The free bikes were a nice touch (even though not in the greatest shape).

The lobby bar lacks a little ambiance, it's not very lively.

The rooms are very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff have been very accommodating and have gone out of their way to help ensure our stay was comfortable.

I didn’t mind this much, as I booked while being aware, but the property is not located within walking distance of the old city. They do offer a shuttle and loaner bikes.

The hotel is in a quiet area away from the intense noise and tourist feel of Old Town. Cua Dai beach was so calm and the hotel facilities and local shop owners around the hotel were so kind and helpful. On our first night we had a family room booked (2 queen beds). The room was great but unfortunately we had the sound of dogs barking all night long. The next morning we asked if it was possible to move rooms and the staff kindly upgraded us to a family suite (2 connecting rooms) overlooking the pool on the 6th floor. This was perfect! We had an amazing week of relaxation, enjoying the Wyndham pool and facilities and also walking across to the Silk Beach Club to use their pool too. Linh on reception was so kind and welcoming. She did everything to make us feel at home. The breakfast selection was great and we enjoyed it every morning. The waiter staff encouraged us to try local dishes and they were delicious! I’d definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon!
