Excellent location in quiet street on the edge of the Old Town. Lovely friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We intended to stay 4/5 days but ended up staying 9 because we felt so comfortable.

This did not apply to us because we booked a room with a window and balcony but make sure you know which rooms you booked. Some don't have windows. Ours did have and were beautiful.

Great location and the staff are wonderful, the rooftop pool is would be the best way to real for part of the day but unfortunate the weather was a bit cold during out stay. There are aplenty of great place around eat and have massages around and a forgeous Vietnamese vibe in the neighbourhood with street food ava y. Beds were very comfortable and massive, love it room

This may only be a weekend thing/( we stayed Saturday/ Sundays morning and the hall next door blasts some propaganda type talks ( maybe pepping people are for work bit it is in lousd speaksers. Starts at 5 ends at 6ish. Hard was to wale up on holidays but van easily go back to sleep after. My partner os a deep sleeper so only wok for a min but it kept me up for a while

Room was so nice, we had one without a window but decor was lovely and we didn't notice. Liked the mosquito nets around the bed. Good bathroom facilities. Staff were super helpful, booked us taxis for our stay and provided recommendations of places to go. Pool area was also very nice. Staff go above and beyond to help, they had booked us a visit to marble mountain on our way to the airport but cancelled it for us when the weather was unsafe and instead pushed out check out back an hour so we could relax in our room. Also when we missed breakfast by 1 minute they stayed and made sure we got some food, very greatful!

The staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating, and had lots of advice on places to eat and things to do and see. The check-in process was great. I was welcomed with a tea, and he sat me down to explain things like where breakfast was, check out times, wifi password, places to eat and drink etc. A lovely touch!

The only thing I would say needs improvement was cleanliness. It was fairly clean don't get me wrong but it wasn't spotless. The kettle was really dirty inside so I didnt use it and when I picked it up there was someone's hair on the dresser behind it! This was a shame because otherwise it was a great place to stay for the price. I think just missed when cleaning in all fairness. A good deep clean would solve this.

The location is great, just 5 minutes by foot to the oldtown, and a few steps away from a cafe, a convenience store, and a nice cocktail bar. The room is spacious enough and clean enough. The Wi-Fi works well, and the aircon too. Breakfast is alright: they offer some fruits, eggs, some jam and toasts.

They provide some basic toiletries but the quality is low: the liquid soap was so diluted by water that it didn't seem to help much in watching one's hands. The staff is not bad, but they really keep the effort to the minimum, and the minimum is not enough for any small emergency that is bound to happen during a workday (I have experience working in hospitality for years): they'd rather watch tiktoks or chat than try to elevate the standards of service.

The room was really nice, the breakfast good and the staff super lovely! I did not even see the swimming pool as it was always raining. The location was perfect, far from the the noisy streets

When I checked in, the room was not very cleaned, I dont want to say that was completely dirty, but the floor was dirty for sure, let's see they should improve the cleanness of the property, or add more personal? Because it might be that there is only one person cleaning and has to do everything quickly, so that it would be the explanation.

I stayed in a room with no window, but it was very spacious and comfortable despite this. The free breakfast was not a huge spread but it was more than enough to have a satisfying meal, especially with the options of freshly cooked eggs, pancakes or phô. There is outdoor seating which is nice when you don’t have a window in your room. The staff were very helpful with organising reasonably priced laundry service and ride to Da Nang airport. Great location - it’s a quick walk to the old town, the river, and many delicious restaurants and cafes and there’s even a good little grocery store on the corner. Absolutely recommend for a comfortable, convenient and very reasonably priced stay in Hoi An.

Pillows were quite firm and I found them a bit lumpy and uncomfortable.

What an amazing stay!! We were blown away with how amazing the library hotel was! We were a little worried as we booked a room with no window, but we couldn’t be happier. The room was excellent, very spacious, with a huge comfy bed, a sofa and a well equipped bathroom. The location was great, a very quick walk into the old town, but in a quiet location too. The breakfast in the morning was good with fresh food and a decent selection. The pool was also a great area to chill out and relax, with plenty of sun beds for guests. The staff were exceptional too, always on hand to help, so friendly and cleaning rooms every day, maintaining high standards.

The shower could have done with a little update, but this didn’t affect our stay massively. All in all a really great place to stay!

The location was great…. Great accessibility, just a very short walk to the city centre such as the Old Town. Very friendly staff who were willing to help and accomodate your requests. The room was in immaculate condition with clean bedsheets and a very comfortable and a standard sized bed. The bathroom was super clean with all amenities provided. However, the breakfast wasn’t what I expected as the selection of food was very limited and wasn’t a good value for money.

The only downfall was the breakfast. The selection of food was poorly provided. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but could be nice.
